I mistakenly used a card that was not mine to do an order, contacted culture kings RIGHT AWAY, and they were so onto it Donna told me exactly what was going to happen and time frames! Just got it done asap, thank you so much Donna!

I needed to change the shipment address since the default was set to my dorm. I was also short $0.16 for the free shipment. Donna was kind enough to refund the shipping fee and responded fast for the shipment change.

Donna at culture kings was a star helping me redirect my order otherwise it would’ve been in the wrong state. Thanks Donna 🫶

The customer care team are amazing, the team genuinely care and do their best to resolve issues. My recent experience with the customer care team (Donna) after the courier company unfortunately lost my parcel in NZ was flawless, Donna was so friendly & helpful, did not hesitate to go above and beyond, and genuinely cared. This kind of ethic is hard to come by these days but The Culture Kings team are hands down the best team in the have ever dealt with
