The sales staff have always been helpful, polite and professional. They know their products and as a returning customer, they are well aware of our requirements when choosing a car. They also assisted with setting up the car’s electronics for the keys. A very good team.

A delightful experience. Robert Law was friendly and courteous with a lovely Scottish accent ! He was knowledgeable and professional ,understanding what I required in my new vehicle. My car had to be ordered as there wasn't one in stock in the colour I wanted (the fabulous iconic yellow ! ), I was kept informed of the delivery date and I took delivery on the date promised .The handover of my car was smooth and professional with Robert making sure all settings were as I required. I would certainly recommend this dealership..

I went to Desira Citroen in Bury St Edmunds to have 2 updates carried out on my citroen relay van.
The booked works were the updates and a free health check. I enquired about a service cost at 64000 miles. This is a new van to me. They booked the service in so I contacted them again and said I didn't need the service carried out as all the bits they were going to do I had replaced when I bought the van in June.
I get to Desira and the service was still booked so I cancelled it again.
The updates were done but that was all.
No health check! When I enquired about it I got nothing back. So this morning I told Desira that as a new customer I was not happy as this was on their worksheet, something they were happy to carry out of their own free will.
I found personally a bare minimum attitude unless you want to spend more money seemed ok.
However I have now received a further email stating if I wanted to drive back to Bury St Edmunds they would do the health check.
Is it me, or is that an after the horse has bolted attitude?
I gave 2 stars as the updates were aparantly carried out.
Won't be returning!

Would have been 5 stars but the sound system is awful connecting is bad keeps dropping out bad connection besides that the car is great the dealership says it’s well known but so far can’t fix it

I bought a brand new Omoda 9 Noble from Connor at the Norwich branch. Absolutely excellent service, he knew the car inside out, no pressure to buy, did a very competitive deal when I was ready. The handover was superb, everything explained in detail and a 2nd handover offered for 2 weeks later to answer any other questions.
I would recommend both the dealership and Connor as trustworthy and prepared to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

Jacob is a superb sales person. He was so helpful in helping me choose my new car, a Juke, and sending me a video of the car to patiently explaining how everything works. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase, no hard sell.

Have always had a good experience at the Norwich Branch and if I've had any issues they have always been happy to help.
So I had no qualms in purchasing my new car from them again.
Jacob was very helpful taking my though all the new tech in my car

Your sales exec. Alex was first class. Friendly, professional and very helpful. The whole process was quick and trouble free. Our new car was immaculate and a joy to drive away.
One small point which I think would have made the experience a little better would have been to fit the car with some mats. It was a little spartan in that regard. But we love the car and would not hesitate to recommend your company to others.

The Kings Lynn dealership attempted to fix a slow puncture, but the plug they fitted still had a removable cover on and the tyre continued to deflate.
This could have caused a serious accident if the tyre had blown out at speed. I have an ATS report about it.
The 2 front tyres ATS say will need replacing in 2000miles,a quarter of their expected life.

I contacted Nissan Desira in Norwich in July after my drivers side door handle snapped. I arranged to have this replaced by their team and due to the colour of my car paid extra to have the handle painted prior to replacement. I paid immediately and was assured they would contact me once the painting had been completed. It took me chasing this to arrange the replacement after nearly 3 weeks. After having it replaced and arriving home, I was shocked to find it was a plain white handle. I returned to the show room and they stated that something had gone wrong in the process of arranging the painting of the handle and assured me that they would be in contact to rectify this. It has now been 6 weeks and I have had no correspondence regarding this. I sent an email to the company last Thursday ( regarding the handle and another matter that I am also not happy with) and have had no response, just radio silence. The fact that I paid over £250 for this and no one has had the courtesy to call or email, has made me re think using the company again. I will be following up with another email and including Nissan Uk head office this time. I am far from impressed. Such bad customer service, especially for someone who has a service plan with them and has used their services on numerous occasions.
