The Direct Bullion team always work hard to meet my expectations. Have recommended them to many of my friends now. Great company.

Their customer service, is horrendous, they do pick the phone up. But no return calls. There PCGS coins are a total con, they are never worth the prices they say they are. There buy back option, is just a sales gimmick. I tried to sell through them, but just got the run around, I had them returned after 6 weeks. These people operate like scammers. I would steer well clear of them.

Existing customer of 3 years,bought gold coins and at the time were excellent.
Phoned twice of the 28th December again on the 29th December and on the 3rd January, wanted advise re investment and was promised a call back on each occasion, still waiting for the promised call backs 08/01/24 ,such poor customer service, emailed on the 4th no response, very poor customer service, lost all trust in this company, cannot be bothered to return calls
Will not be using this company again

My account manager, Sam (Daughtry) has just phoned me today, just an hour before you close-up shop 'til the New Year. I emailed him, he phoned me within 5 minutes! THAT'S good service!

I've had a busy year on a personal level. I never get phone calls pushing me to 'buy buy buy'.
Sam ... has a relaxed intensity. He's there when I need to speak to him AND he has time to listen to my tales .... even when (I assume) he's busy as hell).

Sean and Sam are exceptional dealers who consistently offer competitive rates and transparent transactions. I appreciate their honesty, reliability, and excellent communication, they are my go-to choice. Just make sure you have deep pockets

Communication with James was always a pleasure, he was polite, considerate and concise in his conversation and sharing of information. He was very knowledgeable about the product and allowed plenty of opportunity for me to ask any clarifying questions.
He kept me updated throughout the whole transaction through to the end and receipt of the product.

The transaction was smooth and every member of staff i spoke to was incredibly helpful. Especially Sam Daughtry who I primarily dealt with.

What I would like to say about DIRECT BULLION is that when I first spoke to GERRY O'BRIEN he guided me through graded gold coins that he thought would do well as an investment and so far he been bang on the button. So I am really grateful for all the help,and would definitely have no problem recommending him to my friends

I was reviewing my work place pension and was very disappointed with what I saw over the last few years. I was thinking of investing in Gold but thought It would be a frightening experience. After talking to Gerry O'Brien for what seemed like forever (sorry Gerry I had a lot of questions) he explained the in and outs of how the gold is safely stored until such a time I decided to sell. I found my experience with Direct Bullion is worth the 5 Star rating, keep up the good work Gerry.
