Appalling quality, not worth the money.

Bought my daughter school shoes as they have bigger sizes, within a week of wearing the soles started to come away from the fabric, and now at 4 weeks the soles half split across the middle, making them uncomfortable to wear. She only wears them around school (doesn't walk to and from as catches school bus), so little wear. Cost £50 for shoes, which should last more than a month. Appalling quality for what they cost. Contacted them but had no reply. Now having to buy my daughter another pair of shoes.

I never got my package!

I was so excited for Halloween that I decided to order my costume early instead of waiting until the last minute which I’m beyond grateful for, because I never even got my costume. I ordered an Alice in Wonderland costume on September 28 and decided on October 6 to email customer service since it still hadn’t shipped. They replied the next day to let me know they never sent it out because, somehow, it was returned to the sender before I even received it! They also told me I wouldn’t be getting any money back and that the best they could do was offer store credit which I definitely won’t be using.

Dolls kill charged me double for 1 item

Dolls kill charged me double for an item i shipped back for a larger size, due to their only store credit policy, and charged me a restocking fee, i will not order from this store anymore, i have an open dispute going on right now

No returns. It’s a lie. They also put insurance in your cart. They only offer a gift card. I bet you won’t even get that. What a scam. I’m reversing charges.

Selling used clothes?

I've ordered once before and got some awesome shoes. No issues there. Second order, both my items were separated and one package got here first, opened it today and there's sand in the pockets? Meant to be a brand new jumper, has american sand in the pockets. I'm Australian and our sand looks different. kind of flabbergasted. So yeah, nice clothes but is selling used clothes????????? I found out because I took my phone and vape out of each pocket and theres sand on both? Like everywhere.

Customer service is as good as the products

Yeah, there is always some delays in receiving an order, especially if it’s overseas but that should be expected as it goes through many channels. My order came to my country and then the local delivery services didn’t follow procedure or reply to my requests for details; they sent my order back. Despite this not being Dolls Kill problem they were supportive, informative and helpful. I cannot stress enough how, despite some shipping/delivery delays, how good the customer service is at Dolls Kill. If you want easy access clothes without the incredible style you can get from Dolls Kill then go to a high street shop. As an online store which ships internationally they do very well at delivering orders and communicating with customers about orders

Dollskill has poor reviews for good reason!

I used to love dolls kill but they have grown increasingly very shady and irresponsible! Usually I ordered multiple items at a time, I’ve spent a great deal of money with them, they were great previously like a couple of years ago. I made a purchase recently , one item, and they couldn’t even get it right, also it shows I purchased more than one item which no I didn’t . Oh but it seems that there is some third party that the box is checked following your chosen item for purchase so when you proceed to check out it is added to your purchase, along with the shipping fee of course. ONWARD is apparently the additional purchase I was not aware that was added to my order, I have no idea what it is really, but turns out that if there is an issue with your shipment upon arrival, dolls kill has relieved themselves from any responsibility and just tells you onward has you covered! WHAT?! AND HERES WHAT ONWARD DOES….. GIVES YOU A STORE CREDIT! IS THAT RIGHT? HMMM WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT!!! I’m contacting the California states attorney general and reporting this, took dolls kill one second to get the money from my card, shipment took more than a week to arrive , one single item , they did not ship the item I ordered! Nope , so I contact them immediately just for them to say , “ oops looks like there was a mixup” I’m sorry but I’m furious at this point and that’s what they reply with! So they tell me to go to onward , onward has me covered, ha ! No onward does not since onward only wants to refund me by giving me a store credit! WTF! I contacted dollskill again to assure them again I AM NOT SHOPPING AT DOLLSKILL EVER AGAIN, I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT! NOT A WORTHLESS STORE CREDIT! Not only am I contacting the states attorney general, but also the FTC and the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I. Will get my money back! Needless to say all the negative anyone sees about dollskill is in fact true, if you want to save yourself some time, money and most importantly the stress and anger, do not shop dollskill! If you do, prepare yourself for disappointment, that is the one thing they guarantee! DISAPPOINTMENT! The warehouse in Irving Texas must also be aka the center for the blind because the item I ordered has a picture of the item that is in the package and it is definitely not the item I ordered!!!! Such poor customer relations and by dollskill handing you over to a third party while they say you will be refunded by that third party, it’s a refund but in the form of a store credit, they screw up your order then make you spend the refund in their store!!! NO WAY DOLLSKILL!!! That is unacceptable to me! I am reporting this to every consumer agency I know of. If I don’t get my money back, I’m going to go into the dollskill app and load my bag with a whole bunch of items and leave it there and they can empty it themselves, I will continue to do that over and over just to annoy them as much as they are doing to me at this moment! I can honestly say with ease that I HATE DOLLSKILL!!!!!!

Dolls Kills Halloween

I recently purchased a Halloween costume in size Medium and was disappointed to find that the sizing did not align with standard expectations. At 5’8” and 150 pounds, I typically wear a Medium comfortably, yet this item was significantly off.

Upon reaching out for an exchange, I was informed that your policy only allows for returns—not exchanges—and that a $3.99 shipping fee would be deducted. Additionally, the refund is issued as a gift card for only $77.27, despite my original payment of $84.01. To make matters worse, the same item is now listed at full price for $117.

This approach feels unfair and inconsistent with good business practices. When a customer returns an item due to sizing issues and wishes to repurchase the exact same product, the original discount should be honored. Penalizing customers for sizing discrepancies—especially when exchanges aren’t offered—undermines trust and discourages future purchases.

I hope you’ll consider revisiting this policy to ensure a more equitable and customer-friendly experience.

Dont ever buy pre-orders.

I put in an order in March 2025. Some of the items were "pre-ordered" so I was given a 6 week timeline. Then on the day the clothes were supposed to be delivered it got pushed back a month.

The last update I got was in August of 2025. After that the clothes werent sent, AND the updates stopped. I went to try and look for the order using the code and it didnt show up. So I went to an old email, and saw the order was still there and it said my order was "estimated to arrive" on August 15th. This was September 20th...

I cancelled the order, and got all my money back thankfully. But this is just awful business practice. I have no issue waiting for a pre-order, but to continue to push it back, and then stop sending updates is sloppy, and really kindof messed up. I spent hundreds of dollars, knowing I had to wait but being OK with it. But at some point enough is enough.

If this is normal then when you go to checkout it should say in black and white that preorders can take 6+ months. They should also be realistic and not just kick the can down the line every month. Be honest with your customers.

I have been a long time dollskill fan

I have been a long time dollskill fan. I think my first ever order was all the way back in 2016 for my first festival. Like a lot of the reviews here, I really enjoy their diversity and creativity when it comes to the styles they offer. I can find something for pretty much anything and most of my closet is occupied by dk brands. I am leaving a 4 star review because my recent orders have come with some pretty noticeable issues. I can tell there is a drop in quality on many pieces (I’ve had things come damaged and fully broken) and the shipping service has become a lot more frustrating since they now use that shop app to track everything. My last order, was super confusing and was actually all lost in transit. It’s unfortunate because even though the claims service did give me credit back, for some reason they did not send me the full amount back (I lost $359 worth of product and was reimbursed 311 I did notify the claims of this and am awaiting a resolution). Even more unfortunate I can’t even repurchase most the items because they no longer carry my sizes so I’m bummed cuz I had specific plans for a lot of these pieces

I do want to give credit to the costumer service employee that helped me. Her name is Chelsea. She was amazing and replied quickly to my issue. If I was just reviewing our interaction I would give her 5 stars but since this site is asking about the store in general the best I can give is a 4 star because I have been experiencing issues recently but will continue to support and purchase from dolls kill and hope they improve

They’ve gone downhill

Not what they used to be, don’t order from them. Shipping is a nightmare, they had an old address saved for me in their system. I tried changing it, I noticed it still put my old address. I got ahold of them and asked them to fix it before it shipped. They fixed and sent me multiple verifications it was the correct address.

They sent it with Veho, I guess idk what that is, and to the wrong address. I told veho to send it to my address and they said they don’t deliver there(in SF, a major city, but ok) . I refused the package and then DK sent it back out to the wrong address again without confirming or me asking them to. They disregarded my email. I’m assuming it was to not give me a refund because the package was being sent back to them. Now I’m in a loop of refusing the package and whatever AI customer service DK have just not understanding anything at all. They don’t do refunds and give you a gift card even though I genuinely don’t want to order from there ever again even if they tripled what I paid in gift cards. Sucks because they used to be pretty reliable a few years ago. I ordered from there all the time.

1 Stern ist zu viel

Worst shopping experience ever. The Post Service said they never received the parcel from dollskill. Yet dollskill claimed the parcel got lost by the carrier. They refuse to refund my 440 €. Thanks I paid with Paypal I hopefully get the money back! I would never ever buy there again. These smells like scam! I would not recommend These site to anybody!!!!

I’ve ordered from here a couple times

I’ve ordered from here a couple times, without fail there will be a problem with the shipping. There is always an “issue” that delays the package from being shipped, and then it finally gets shipped a month later when I don’t need it anymore. If you try to cancel it because the package is not being shipped out you can’t, if you try to return it they will not refund you they will only give you store credit. You would get the same quality off sites like shein with faster arrival, don’t waste your time here.

Order Delay Story

I ordered about 5 items back in July. There was a delay with one pre-order item that we preventing the rest of the items to be sent and I was starting to get really frustrated. I reached out to customer support and the support rep, Jenni, made me go from “I am never ordering something from here again” to “wow they actually have amazing customer service!”. Jenni was able to quickly act and push my order through! Because of this experience, I will definitely continue shopping with DollsKill. Obviously they have amazing clothes, but their customer support really makes you feel taken care of. Thanks again, Jenni!!

Don’t trust!

Placed an order in May for 5 sale items. The order didn’t show on my account. After multiple emails to customer service, was told they were on ‘pre order’ which was strange as it was a sale and they showed in stock.

Eventually the order showed with a delivery date. That came and went. After chasing customer service again I was told due to high orders they were waiting for stock to come in.

It’s now September 1st and I’ve still recieved nothing. I have asked for a refund so we’ll see how that goes. Definitely would not trust this company.

AI customer service response didn’t handle my case well the first time, but the second time I reached out it was fine.

EDIT: I wrote the contact form again today and got a better response to replace the item with gift card and I didn’t need to pay to ship the other item back. I think the AI didn’t know how to handle my original request, but the issue was resolved by reaching back out.

Original: They sent me the totally wrong item and then expect me to pay to ship it back when it was their mistake. They’re saying it’s because I didn’t pay for their 360° protection, but that’s crazy because they were the ones who sent me the wrong item. They also don’t offer refunds, only gift cards.

Ignoring customer complaints and unprofessional behavior

I ordered two items in May and the original delivery time was 2 weeks but then something went wrong and the delivery time changed to 2 months. I still agreed but when it came time for delivery my boots were delivered to the wrong address and the other pair of pants were returned. I was very disappointed and complained many times and they ignored me, I spent a lot of money on shipping and waited a long time and got frustrated. When I told them I would not accept the gifr card because I would never shop there again because they do not respect their customers word and their unprofessionalism I said that and they still ignored me and sent me the gifr card
