Horrible

Horrible. I ordered 6 items, 5 were cancelled by DollsKill. I cancelled the last one several times, because I did not want to pay the large shipping and handling costs for just that item, as I wanted 6 before. I got ignored, luckily PayPal helped me out.

Dolls Kill always takes care of me as a…

Dolls Kill always takes care of me as a customer. Whether I'm purchasing online or in stores, they always make sure everything gets to me on time. If I've ever had issues with a product, their customer support team is more than happy to help resolve my issue, and in a very timely manner. I love this brand and will continue to purchase from them :)

Extremely mediocre experience in every department

I received a pair of boots that were both sized 6 but one boot was under 9” in length while the other was just over 9 & 1/2” in length. There was a notable difference at first glance, but I tried them on anyway with only one shoe fitting. To add to the lack of quality control, their method of taking care of their customer is having them find time in their busy schedule to return the boots, wait for the boots to be sent back to dolls kill, and only once the return has been processed, will you get a gift card for said boots. Hopefully there will still be a promo, and hopefully the boots will still be in stock in my size. Otherwise supporting this business will have been a complete and total waste of time. I’d also like to add that I’ve never dealt with quality control so bad that my shoes were completely different sizes. I have given customer support over 24 hours to reply to my complaint which they have not. Typically, I give businesses 48 hours however I think a lack of quality control and a return process that only benefits the company are big issues so I’d at least expect quick, phenomenal customer support as balance.

Edit: it’s been days and I still haven’t received a response so I reached out to Dolls Kills. They said the issue isn’t theirs as I added Onward protection to my cart when I ordered the boots. The problem is, I didn’t add anything to my cart other than the boots. Onward was automatically added and as a new customer, I assumed keeping it in the cart was the standard. It seems they use Onward as a means to not hold themselves accountable for any mistakes. & Onward just doesn’t email back so I’m screwed. Also Dolls Kill was super condescending apologizing that I didn’t get “perfect” boots. I literally just wanted a pair of boots that were the same size as the other. For most businesses, that is the standard. For Dolls Kill, it’s one of many obstacles. Arguably the scammiest business I’ve ever supported. No wonder they only give you gift cards for their mess ups. They’d go out of business otherwise!

Fabulous clothes, shit delivery!

Clothes are fabulous, but the logistic service is just AWFUL! This has happened to me multiple times now, wrong items sent, ordered items are out of stock so they just sit on your order for weeks on end and do nothing, until you ask them. Have been sent completely wrong items and all they do is "sorry for the inconvenience". What a f...ng load of shit!

I have loved dollskill for years but my most recent order changed my mind. I ordered a dress and boots over a month ago. I got the dress, but the boots never shipped. I reached out to their customer service team two weeks ago and haven’t heard back. Shop somewhere else… they’re flakes!

I love the items that I’ve received…

I love the items that I’ve received from dolls kill. I had an issue with shipping due to my address being a pain in the a**, but thankfully, the staff at dolls kill helped me SO much! They were prompt and made sure that I got The items that I was So excited to receive! I will continue to order from them as their clothes are super unique and fit like a glove! Thank you.

KILLIN IT with Dolls Kill

The best aspects of Dolls Kill are their wide variety of unique merchandise and their KILLER SALES. They also have a program called stash cash that is crazy cool. For a nominal fee you pay once yearly, you get a certain amount of stash cash on EVERY ORDER. It's basically free credit toward whatever future purchases you choose to use it on. It adds up QUICK. Use that on a sales item and pay very little. Also, free shipping for much less spent than other companies in this genre

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I have lost a gift card that I got through online return about a year ago. I contacted customer service, not expecting much, beacuse I know if you loose or delete a gift card, there is a chance that you lost it for ever. But the representative was so kind and looked in to it and found my gift card and send it to me. They are amazing😊

Great customer service

One of my dresses, my favourite out of my order, came with a wee hole in it. I was a bit disappointed and onward didn’t get back to me but dollskill sorted it in a couple days. The people I emailed back and forth with were lovely, helped me within the day, and have made me feel good buying from them again, Paige especially stood out for being so lovely. Will definitely be getting more from dollskill

love this company ! <3

i’ve been buying consistently from dollskill for many years now and honestly i’ve never really had an issue! i will say sometimes the quality control is not the greatest- ive had a few items arrive broken, but the customer service team has always been super helpful and provided refunds or store credit . recently i had a large order get lost in transit and there was a miscommunication between myself and the route protection company, and dollskill was able to sort it out for me and provide me with a full refund where route protection was trying to deny it. love this company and will continue to buy from here!

The service or customer service…

The service or customer service department of Dolls Kill is very terrible and inconsistent. I placed an order and the original delivery date was meant to be shipped in 2 days, tell me how it's Week 3 and I still haven't received any shipping notification or email from Dolls Kill regarding my recent order with them. This is also my first and last time making a purchase from this site. They do not have my form of contact phone number just to avoid the fact to speak to customers. This is a way to avoid customers query and ignore all emails so they can continue to do what they need to do in their own means and not customer satisfaction.

Absolutely Awful Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I ordered my daughter a pair of shoes from Dolls Kill for her prom, thinking everything would go smoothly. The delivery date came and went—no package. When I tracked it, I found out that because I'm in the UK, I had to call the courier listed in my email. They informed me they never even received the parcel—it hadn't left Dolls Kill’s facility.

When I contacted Dolls Kill, I was told the package was "in a pickle" and had gotten lost. Their solution? That I should reorder the shoes, pay delivery again, plus an extra protection fee. With prom literally the next day, I asked for a refund and cancellation since the shoes wouldn't arrive in time. They refused.

After escalating the issue, a supervisor repeated the same nonsense—either reorder or accept a gift card. Neither was acceptable. Thankfully, I contacted my bank (Chase) and they were able to get me a full refund.

Bottom line: Dolls Kill has shockingly poor customer service, takes no responsibility for lost orders, and offers terrible resolutions. I’ll never shop here again and strongly advise others to stay away.

This is my first order from Dolls Kill

This is my first order from Dolls Kill, from order to UK delivery took eight days including weekends, so basically five days as I ordered on a Sunday, thats really not bad at all.

The item was a 'pre order' item, not sure they arent abusing the term to explain shipping delays but all the same, they processed my order the day after, so I have no real reason to think that other than negative reviews.

Tracking was good once Evri got the item, before that it was so,so and needed logging on to Dolls Kill website BUT to be fair, if anything significant happened, they emailed me anyway, so I didnt need to do this, I was just being paranoid due to negative reviews.

Thanks to the reviews (I should have checked prior to ordering) and the fact that the purchase was a bit of a drunken one, I had decided to cancel the order, the day after I ordered, here customer services were not good, the emails were originally answered by bots, which is ok, but tell the customer that! its obvious anyway so why hide it! A human does take over but by that point, my order was processed and they said they couldnt cancel it, even though it wasnt shipped.

Regretting my life choices and a significant amount of money out of pocket, I had no choice but to sit and wait, for at that point, who knows how long. I did ask customer services where the parcel was coming from (I suspected China) as I wanted a delivery estimate as the site doesnt give one, neither does the shipping email but Customer services refused to answer this basic and reasonable question? Silly really.

To my suprise, about three days in I started to get Evri tracking, here the order moved along very quickly and now I have just collected it, a pair of boots for my wife.

Now I have them, the packaging is very poor, only a plastic bag, the boots were in a shoe box, this was crushed to death, not great for a gift, the boots however were undamaged. There was no indication on the packaging what the origin country of the boots was (supposedly Illinois in the US). Oh, the delivery charge! Wow, it was horrendous £32 for shipping in a plastic bag, perhaps a customs charge was in this but the website doesnt say, like they are desperate for you not to know where they are!

The boots themselves are exactly as pictured, no flaws or damage but they smell of chemicals in the way that makes you wonder if they are carcinogenic, high street shoes smell a little like this but these were positively toxic and remind me of back alley Chinese sweat shops.

The quality of the boots is good enough, they look moulded rather than sewn, probably are made of cheap plastics, no leather here, they are definitely not worth the money I stupidly paid BUT Dolls Kill have done nothing wrong here, they only sent what I bought at the price I bought it.

Overall, the customer services was patchy, delivery from who knows where was excellent, Boots were not worth half what I paid but thats on me and I would say as long as you research what you are buying more than I did, Dolls Kill are a genuine online retailer who do deliver, albeit in a very evasive, opaque way that doesnt build trust, so maybe dont be put off by the bad reviews, maybe.

What a joke!!

This has been the absolute worst online ordering experience ever.

First they don't attempt to fulfill my order for a whole month, and not until I proactively contacted them. By that stage they had run out of half the items and are now just letting my order sit there and not sending it when I specifically asked them multiple times via email to send it express shipping to ensure I receive it on time. They literally ignored my numerous emails asking for express shipping.

I need these items for Burning Man and now will have to scramble to find fits from elsewhere with only a couple weeks to go! Beyond frustrated 😡

My pre-order was super delayed but Paige made it better!

I placed a preorder and had to wait over a month, when time came for the preorder to ship, it then was delayed another month. all the other items I ordered were in stock ready to be shipped however and this one item was delaying my entire package which was super frustrating. Thankfully Dolls Kill team was there to help and escalated my situation to superviser Paige! Paige was able to make it to were i didn't have to wait any longer for my items that were already in stock and was able to get them out to me immediately without me having to cancel my entire order. Im so thankful they were able to work with me and very happy to be receiving most of my items -1 since its still not available to ship. A huge thank you to Paige taking great care of me and making me feel like a valued customer. Paige deserves a raise! <3
