The product was supposed to arrive between August 18th and 20th. It was only delivered on August 25th. The old product was not picked up, even though it had been sitting in front of the house since August 18th. I knew no one might be home at the time of delivery, so I asked about this detail.

Bought a Siemens hob on 5/8/26,from Gorey had to be sourced from Blanchardstown, used it 4 times and it went faulty, called Gorey at 9.30 Tuesday 25/8 first of all delivery on Thursday, then sourced one from Blanchardstown to be delivered today will call me to come and pick it up, no phone call received, (Yet another ready meal tonight) Bad service, feels like a company about to go bust.

It's simple to place an order, and they gave a good price for the product. The response from the customer care team is awesome. The responses are fast and accurate. The product quality is excellent. Order processing time is a bit lagging.

Bought fridge today. Dealt with Ashton who was most helpful & informative. He sold fridge from display , gave me a discount! I Collected fridge myself & he had no problem in checking vehicle & in helping to load it up. All in all, highly recommended. It is the type of service that is not expected but very welcome !

Myself and my husband bought a new oven from Dominic Smith Sandyford earlier this year. The sales assistant was from the Gorey store that day and she was so knowledgeable and helpful about choosing the oven. Great delivery service too. So when our integrated fridge freezer in our mobile needed to be replaced we went straight to Dominic Smith because of our previous excellent experience. The fridge freezer was delivered but was just a mm or two the wrong size. Keith Doyle was installing and to say he went above and beyond to get the appliance to fit would be putting it mildly! He managed to move hinges etc and got the fridge freezer to fit the space. I honestly don’t believe that another company would have done the same. I believe we’ll be using Dominic Smith electrical for anything we need now in future. So impressed with the staff and service.

Avoid Expert Electrical, especially the Dominic Smith Electrical branch, unless you want to spend €1,700 just to be completely lied to and insulted by their staff. I bought an oven from them on the 29th specifically because their website proudly claims delivery within 5 days. When your oven breaks, you need a replacement fast, and 5 days sounded great. It was supposed to be here by the 4th, but by the 5th, nothing had arrived. I called them up, and they swore it was out for delivery and would land on the 6th. Naturally, it never showed up.

I called back on the 8th and got the exact same woman I spoke to the first time. She was outrageously rude and completely ignorant on the phone, telling me that because it was a web order, it had nothing to do with them. It’s funny how quick they are to take your money when you're buying, but the second there’s a problem with delivery, suddenly they wipe their hands clean and pretend it isn’t their job. She promised she'd look into it and call me back, then left me hanging for 3 full days without a single word.

When I called yet again, a man told me he’d phone the warehouse and check. He actually rang me back to say it would be out the very next day and that they’d refund my delivery charge as an apology. Did it arrive the next day? No. Did I get the delivery refund? Not a chance. This place is an absolute joke of a business. If you can’t deliver a product within 5 days, don’t advertise that you can, and certainly don't treat paying customers like dirt when you fail to deliver on your own word. Save yourself the nightmare and shop literally anywhere else.

I went to the store to buy a pair of full-size headphones. They were priced at 350 euros. I asked to check them before buying, but they refused. I won't buy anything else from this store, and I won't recommend them to anyone else.
