It’s my second time booking a cruise with Dreamlines, and I’m totally happy with it. Not only their website is the only cruise offers search engine that I can explore without a headache (I can’t get why others don’t just invest in normal UI/UX), but also the staff is always extremely helpful. Thank you Michelle for the exceptional customer service!

This is our first trip on the MSC and Lori Segal was very helpful in explaining everything to me making sure I got what I wanted for our family vacation! We are so excited! Thank you Lori for making our dream vacation come true!

I asked the representative several very basic questions about the cruise and options and he had no idea and had to look up everything. After over 20 minutes with no real answers, I hung up.

Ruben was truly wonderful to work with. He is truly patient, thorough, and pleansant over the phone. Not pushy at all, which is so refreshing! Truly outstanding service!!!

Carlos did great at helping us pick a cruise and room. He gave us several prices on the different types of rooms and explained the differences and also helped us decide which type of room would work best for our family of four.

Gueslyne was amazing! I have only booked trips online but this time I needed help with booking 14 people. Thankfully when I called she answered, not only was she extremely helpful she was pleasant and able to give me all the information I needed that I would not have found booking on a random site. She explained how things would work, what we should be looking for, and it was quick and easy. I have saved her contact info in my phone and will be calling her next time we plan a trip!!

And was very patient with all the questions we had, and answering them and making sure that we got the best possible perks offer. Ruben Mena is excellent rep, friendly ,will listing to all my concern and questions and knowledgeable and always made me feel that he was looking for my best interested. Excellent customer services skills very professional was very easy to talk to him. it felt like you were calling a friend and that for me is always more than 5 stars.

I made contact with Ruben and he exceeded my expectations with the special needs that were required and happily my husband and I will be taking a cruise in December. I especially like the fact that he made it clear that I could contact him again for any further assistance which we may need. This is my first time with dreamline and so far so great.
