I would have given 5 stars as we had great customer service in store.
Delivery was fine but bed installed in the wrong position even though it was quite clear where the old bed was fitted due to the carpet indentation. But the bed side was fitted against the window wall giving no chance of getting into the bed. The operatives started "well you never said where you wanted ut fitted" fool me for assuming they would work it out. They happily move it to the correct position.

Found our sales assistant to be friendly and knowledgeable on all the products in store

Yes, it was a great experience. I've been there just to have a look and I bought my matress, because of the kindness and the experience of the staff.

Amazing service from start to finish!
I went into the store to try and pick a bed and mattress. I was greeted and then left to look around which I liked. I dont like pushy sales people.
Once I had chose what I liked I was talked through everything and they were so helpful. Delivery day came and I was notified of a time slot and then called to confirm on the morning. The delivery people were amazing and built the bed quickly. They checked everything with me and I was really impressed.
I then returned to store to purchase matching side tables and again recieved amazing service.
Products are worth every penny but the service is just as amazing.

Lovely man on shop floor

We needed help choosing a bed for my daughter. Brandon from the Merry Hill store was extremely helpful & knowledgeable giving us a wide range of beds & mattresses to choose from. My daughter used the sleep match machine to help her choose the right mattress which helped her decision. Overall a good experience

The salesman did not push the sale, he simply told us about the products he was selling.

A great purchasing service all round. Until we receive the mattress we can’t comment on that, but the purchasing experience was very good.

We were served by hardeep who was excellent in looking after us he asked us if we wanted a drink made us feel special also we were tested on the machine to see which sort of mattress was the best for us and went on show us the mattresses and explain each on his salesman services was great
