I recently visited Dreams in Newbury was extremely happy with my experience. I was served by Bethany who was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.

It's true you do need to try out different mattresses in person because there are so many subtle differences. I have ended up spending a lot more than I originally planned but I am happy to have done so after the service I received.

Got an azing deal with extras thrown in and felt looked after from start to finish!

My husband and I can highly recommend Dreams of Newbury. The Manager Samantha was very helpful and asked all sort of questions about our sleep patterns. We tried out the tester bed and had three choices of mattresses. Samantha was very qualified in her knowledge explaining what the pros and cons were with each mattress. We were even offered a drink. We came away having purchased a mattress and two pillows. Would go back

Efficient, friendly and helpful. Assistant toom the time to hear what i wanted and what i needed. Then took time to let me choose which things i preferred and stopped me from rushing when choosing a mattress (iappreciated this), and giving a lot of useful advice. And despite i am sure explaining it all the time, happily talked me through everything during the order process, happily repeating if i could not hear her properly due to masks / screens etc. Pleasant visit, especially as was last minute descision to pop in that day on way home from town and asmy health is not great things like this take a lot of energy, despite me bejng tired walking all over store was pleasant and possible due to patience, churpiness and pleasantness of assistant.

Excellent customer service, quick and efficient delivery, competitive prices.

We ordered the Otis sleepmotion bed with massage and lumbar support due to having back problems. The bed arrived as scheduled, the delivery men put coverings on their shoes as we have new carpet. The bed was assembled quickly (they even set themselves a timer which went off just as they were leaving). All in all the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, great service and would definitely recommend. Sofology, take note, this is how to do it.

For a company who prides themselves on offering comfort and a garented good night sleep, I regrettably dispute this as Dresms can not garrentee comfort. We recently brought a mattress in excess of £1200.00 from our local store on there recommendation after using there in store technically. We brought the mattress in good faith and for the first 6 months it was all good, The mattress then started to become very hard and uncomfortable and became unbearable to sleep on. When reporting this to Dreams they sent out and engineer to look at the mattress for our complaint as everyone knows a mattress should get softer with age not harder. The engineers report came back as the mattress meeting all standard manufacturers tollarance although non of the tests accounted for comfort. Dreams decided that our complaint was not valid and that we are to put up with a mattress that can not be used and caused back and joint pain. Dispite challenging this response Dreams will not reconsider there decision dispite them priding them self's on a comfortable nights sleep. The mattress is obviously defective and the engineer that attended option was that the top layer had become compresed causing this defect. I find it despicable that a company priding themselves on comfort have now way of houning this.

This is the fourth time I have ordered from Dreams and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were really friendly and spent ages answering all my questions about my recent sofa bed purchase. It was delivered on time, the delivery men arrived bang on the time they said they would and rang before hand. Assembled the sofa bed in the room I wanted it in. Took the packaging away. Jobs a good un.
