The showroom experience was excellent with an amazing sales lady who was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the delivery drivers would not carry the mattress upstairs due to the property being a self build and having no bannister, despite wide and sturdy stairs. We were quoted health and safety with the mattress being left in the hall with no thought to how we would manage to move it upstairs. Very disappointing that this was not pointed out before delivery.

Somewhat of an impulse purchase, but glad we popped into Dreams of Shrewsbury. Scott was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, open and honest. Showed us plenty of options without being pushy - no hard sell - but his advice definitely helped. A quality product at a very fair price.

Our visit was great despite a clunky new computer software programme which froze midway and we had to start all over again on a different terminal. But we had doughnuts and coffee to see us through so it was no problem. We were helped by Liz who made the visit such fun, she was professional and just so knowledgeable having visited the factory where one of our mattresses is coming from. We only really intended to buy one mattress, but we ended up with two and a frame as well, just because we felt so well treated by her. We'd definitely seek out Liz if we ever need advice on buying another bed.

No pressure from salesman when we went into the store, lots of advice and suggestions as to what might suit, we went away and thought about it then ordered. No delivery charge, very impressive. Lots of messaging regarding delivery time so no waiting round all day. Great product too so far!

I have found the mattress is far to firm for me. I suffered a spinal injury and as a result I suffer with chronic back pain, I was told on purchasing the mattress if I was not happy I could exchange the mattress within the 100 sleeps policy as long as a mattress protector is used.
I have had the mattress 2 weeks and it is far too hard and is making my back worse. I went in to see about changing the mattress and found a more expensive one which felt better, I was the told I had to call customer services and also pay £49 extra to do this, none ofvthis was advised to me when I purchased the mattress and was told about the 100 sleep exchange. On top of that when I looked on your website it also states I have to keep the mattress for 30 days something else that was not advised on either occasions. In order to try and get some relief, I have had to put a mattress topper on top of the mattress whilst I wait the 30 days and then however long it takes to exchange the mattress. I feel very let down and annoyed that none of these important points where advised to me, but the 100 sleep exchange was very much used as a big selling point.

Very helpful staff in the Shrewsbury Dreams store, I purchased the Charlie ottoman style bed, delivered and put together by the delivery team, looks great and provides an excellent storage solution for the bedroom.

Was very disappointed with the mattress first night, it was a lot softer than I expected. There's no support at the edges to support one if say reading a book, sort of solution was to basically stuff my pillow in the hollow, will admit to having good nights sleep, but still would have preferred a firmer mattress. This was partially chosen from the test device that we were offered.

Absolutely brilliant from store to home

Just easy purchase from start to finish. Staff were very helpful and not at all pushy. The new bed arrived when we were told it would and the delivery guys were polite and courteous. Would highly recommend Dreams

We bought a new mattress and had excellent service, very patient with good advice also very good value. Delivery was well organised and they took our old mattress away.

We were impressed by the friendly and efficient way the staff presented when we went to the shop to select and purchase a mattress right through to the delivery men.
We are very pleased with our mattress and would certainly recommend Dreams to other people .
