The delivery men were on time,they took the mattress into the bedrooms even though I have very steep steps and polite and cheery.

We’ve shopped at dreams before and have been very pleased with the service and the beds. So, we went back to dreams when we needed new mattresses. Shaun was very polite and helpful he listened to our needs and we went on the sleepmatch , which was very helpful. All in all a good experience.

The delivery and build team were fantastic. Communicated in a timely way, efficient, tidy, polite and helpful.

The staff at Dreams in Stafford were Knowledgeable and understood that this was a high ticket item that needed some consideration before purchase. I ultimately purchased a Tempur mattress and am looking forward to a great nights sleep!

Absolutely rubbish no other words for this company

I've downgraded my review as I tried to submit the below review to Dreams website verbatim but they rejected it from publication as 'it did not meet their publishing guidelines'. Clearly Dreams are only interested in having 100% positive feedback on their website rather than an honest appraisal of their customer's experiences. This is dishonest and misleading to potential customers.

'Staff in the Stafford store were very helpful and the product is good, however there were a few issues with purchasing this. Firstly, we were told the delivery date would be end-Feb. When the delivery date arrived only the mattress turned up. On closer inspection of the order details I noticed that the delivery date for the remainder of the bed was mid-March. Whilst I acknowledge that this information was in the order confirmation, it was burried in the small print and no-one in the store made me aware that the order would be split over multiple deliveries. Some clearer / more transparent details on delivery dates would be helpful.

Secondly, I was contacted a number of times whilst at work by someone advising me that I needed to sign the finance contract. I thought I had signed this whilst in store at the time I purchased the bed, but apparently something had gone wrong on their system. Overall, I'm pleased with the product but purchasing it was slightly more hassle than I expected it to be.

Thirdly, the installation team cancelled once due to sickness. People get sick, that's just life and it's not the fault of the person who is ill, but I felt Dreams should have had some contingency plans for such occasions. When they did arrive to build the bed they were great: built it in no time, were tidy and professional and took all the rubbish away with them (which was really appreciated).

The bed itself is brilliant, my daughter loves it. It feels sufficiently robust to survive small kids and the storage is great.'

I would highly recommend. Especially a member of staff named Sue. She went above and beyond for us. Not too pushy (as some sales people can be) informed and helped us the best she could. Now since owning the mattress, well that's a different story! It's caused some rows with the other half, I won't wake up!! It's too comfy!! I've become lazy. And the delivery staff, A1. They were brilliant!

Great customer service and good range of products

There was no pressure to buy. We looked and tried beds at our pace. When bed was chosen it was a simple process to order any other things we might need, pillows etc. Delivery was three weeks and that went smoothly as well. Would go there again,

The single mattress was within my budget....taken me a week to get use to it as the sales person said it would...
The old mattress was recycled with no fuss...
The delivery was within the time slot and I got a phone call when the delivery was half an hour away...
