Easy to try all beds we were interested in, and simple to order and arrange delivery of one we wanted. Delivery was exactly on time too.

Excellent customer service from team members Kelly and Mina - we received an incredible deal on the perfect mattress as Mina was able to meet our budget and give us a great mattress for a bargain.

We have never had such an amazing customer experience! We went to the Stafford store where we were approached by a lovely staff member named Emma. Emma listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to help us find the exact products I needed for my very poorly dad. Her knowledge, helpfulness and compassion for our situation was incredible. The delivery men were fantastic, our order was delivered early, and William kept us informed as to the exact time our items would be delivered. The deliver men were friendly and respectful and delivered the items exactly where we needed them, and they gave us very helpful tips to assemble the bed quickly - Cannot fault the service we received at all, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams to all our family and friends! We will be back in 2024 for a new bed for ourselves!!

The lady that served me was amazing. I went into the shop upset, as I was moving house the next day and had been let down by a bed company. She made me a cup of tea. She showed the beds on sale and arranged that I could have it collected the next day. She was amazing, very kind and very helpful.

Fantastic Customer service, no pressure put on you whilst trying out beds, different types of mattresses tried, our final choice, even better after being told they had one in clearance department, delivery was arranged and delivery department just brilliant, told the exact time they would be with us, which was great as we had a dental appointment so arranged for neighbour to be there for us 5 star all the way. Thank you.

We purchased the Tempur original. Only had it a couple of weeks and it still feels really hard to sleep on. Dreams are really helpful and feel it will sort itself out soon.

Ordered a bed 3 weeks ago, it came today, completely wrong bed, I went to the store, the lady there says to me " this is what you ordered" which is not true, how much more clear could we have been, we stood in the store 3 weeks ago, pointed to the bed we want, and said we want exactly this but in a double. they took the order down wrong but will not take ownership of their mistake. We could not have been more clear, now they don1t have stock of what we ordered initially. Incompetent people working at these stores.

From a warm greeting on entering the store, we were very quickly helped with our enquiry. We gratefully accepted the offer of a complementary coffee. We didn't really know what type of bed or mattress we needed so we were happy to be offered the use of the analyzing station. Scott, the salesperson interpreted the results and quickly took us to a suitable mattress to try out, even providing pillows.
The first mattress was really good, but Scott suggested further mattresses and types of mattress for us to try so that we could compare from a wide range. We decided on the mattress which impressed us the most, the first one we tried!
We then went on to look at Frames, again looking at several options based on what we we looking for. We decided on a frame that gave us everything we wanted and went over to formalize the order.
We added installation and a bed care warranty for the mattress, we were so happy with the complete experience that we also added two new pillows, the same ones we had used trying the mattresses. Order placed and paid for we left, only to return 5 minutes later to by two pillow protectors to finish our new bed off.

The store assistant was so helpful and didn’t rush us at all, we purchased a be a new mattress and the bedside tables and can’t fault anything . They put our new bed up and took the old bed and mattress away, friendly polite and fast.

The relaxed atmosohere at the store, no pressure to buy, the quality of our purchase.
