This is basically as uncomfortable as their airline and has no business charging the prices they’re charging. The showers is literally a death trap as it is so slippery! Stayed for 3 nights and the bed and pillows are such poor quality they left us with back and neck ache.. there was a TV without a remote in our room..
No changing of towels, bedding (FOR 3 NIGHTS) nor toilet brush, telephone or kettle in the room, only two hangers and nowhere to actually store clothes. The air conditioning is way too much even in the lowest setting but off the tiny room becomes unbearable.. all in all I stayed in better hostels so please don’t waste your time and money!
Manchester Easyhotel
Just stayed at the Manchester Easyhotel. Great experience and helpful staff. Simple, modern, comfy room in a great location. Although the room is on the small side it was great value.

We've just stayed in the Easy hotel Sheffield City Centre, the double room with no window (which I had booked and knew about) was so small.
The room had a very modern feel however, the shower and toilet were in a glass cubicle next to the bed, no lock on the door and partially frosted glass, it felt uncomfortable going to the toilet, as you could hear everything, even my hubby who I've been with for 21 years said it's not nice going when your wife is 2 ft away from the door. It is not a room I would recommend or use again. The gap between the walls to the bed were just wide enough to side walk down.
The aircon was the only thing I appreciated, even the bed was hard, no kettle, cups, or glass to have a drink but coffee machine in foyer.
Stay somewhere else if you can

We tried to book online to stay in Malaga, but it said at the end that our payment had been declined and we got no email confirmation.
Obviously we assumed we had no booking and did not turn up.
Got back to England to find the payment was on our credit card statement.
I have emailed them loads of times for a refund and all they say is ‘we can’t help you’.
They have basically stolen our money and won’t give it back.

I am in the easy hotel in Croydon now and I have to say I’ve been impressed by the staff. Very friendly and helpful. It’s a super budget hotel and I think I will have a good nights rest tonight.

LEEDS CENTRE LANDS LANE
After reading a number of write ups on the easy hotel on lands lane i was very aprehensive on staying over for one night to see a show in the centre of leeds.
Whilst the rooms are not the biggest and the floors are a bit dusty everything else in the room worked fine including air con and the shower was amazing !
The double rooms with windows are small and can make you feel very clostrophobic so dont expect lots of room.
whilst a night stay was ok i would struggle with luggage storage and staying a little longer as there was nowhere to hang clothes up just the orange hangers that are attached to the wall.
bedding was clean and the towels were fresh!
the room was quiet and can say i slept like a log all night.
I would also like to give a big thumbs up to the guy on the front desk ( alex i think he was called) lots of good info.
Checking in was easy as was getting back in later in the evening !
whilst i see lots of negative coments there isnt any from me just the floor being a bit dusty and the rooms overall was small ! Over all I was happy to stay at the easyhotel overnight but couldn’t and wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay
Don't use Shoreditch hotel..
I had money fraudulently taken from my account and have been chasing since December 2021. I have visited the hotel in person in Shoreditch to try and resolve and was then given the managers details (Bruno Torre) as reception could not see why I had been charged.
At first Bruno responded to my emails asking for details, but since then absolute radio silence and not even the decency to respond to 3 emails sent since then.
I will continue to pursue this until my £140 is returned.
Shocking hotel to deal with and a manager who simply hopes ignoring the situation it will go away.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS
This email below was sent two weeks ago and has been completely ignored. This is simply not acceptable.
"Hi Whoever it may concern,
I stayed in the Easy Hotel Ipswich on Saturday 5th March. I was staying with my partner. I booked a double bed in a room with a window. Upon my arrival in the evening, I was informed the room I had purchased was not available as it had been given away to someone else. I have never heard of anything like this in all my years of staying in hotels.
This of course is beyond unprofessional. I didn't want to cause a fuss at the time, so I agreed to a room with two single beds, as it was 9pm at night and I would have no other options available or anywhere to stay. However I would expect a full refund as an apology for this error. I'm sure you can appreciate I didn't spend £55 booking a double room for me and my partner to stay in 2 single beds.
Kindly advise if you require any further information in order to process this refund"
I have rang about 10 times in the last 2 weeks and only one call has been answered. The lady said the manager is away there's nothing they can do and she's doesn't think i'll be entitled to a refund. Now I call and the phone doesn't connect.
So unprofessional. For someone who works in customer service and retention, you really need to look at your process and get better with response times and general customer service
Aviod Easy Hotel Zurich
In stayed in Easy Hotel Zurich. The service was terrible. They have no reception staff , just helpline (that clearly don't know what helps means..) Only last day, I put my luggage in their storage lockers which I went into the city before heading to the Airport. I came back and tried to open the locker and it wouldn't accept the security number . The person on the helpline was purely insulting, saying I must be entering in the wrong number. She gave me another code and it still didnt accept that. By the time she turned up I was over an hour late and nearly missed my flight home. The women had no compassion and was very unkind.

Easy Hotel Milton Keynes. The tiny room was tidy clean and comfortable but no space to put anything, except on the floor. Window didn't open and lots of condensation in the morning after a hot and sweaty night. As an example of minimalism, no tooth mugs in the bathroom. You pay for what you get. In future, I'll pay more and stay elsewhere

Booked this hotel in Milton Keynes for my family and me from Ireland as my sister was very sick and was near her time on earth,2 rooms were booked by me and another one was booked for my son who was coming from Gloucester,Rooms were very basic altogether so we decided to move out before my son came and move to another hotel,looked for refund for that room and was told it would be done,after 3 weeks between Booking. Com and this hotel saying who should pay and several emails and phone calls to hotel I got refund in my bank this mornin but was 0.22 pence short,no explanation as to how this is from hotel,I would advise everyone to stay clear of this hotel,I would not be over in ok at all only for my sister being ill and actually she passed away last Tues week so have to go over again 2 weeks time but I won't be staying in EASYHOTEL.

EasyHotel Paddington was absolutely disgusting. Checked out 10 minutes after checking in.
Stained mattress and sheets. Blood stains on the wall, mould in the corners of the room and litter on the floor.
Have tried to complain directly to EasyHotel via their website but have had no response in nearly 3 weeks.
Extremely good for price point
I booked into the Cardiff hotel at £32 for a double room.
The room was small with very little storage but everything was very nice and spotlessly clean.
The bed was comfortable.
There was a nicely finished en-suite with shower.
There was a (free-to-use) TV.
City centre location.
At £16 per person this price was more reflective of a hostel price for a shared dormitory.
Negatives;
The room was a little too warm as it was sun-facing and the window doesn't open.
The sign-in form was unnecessarily intrusive and a bit 'nanny-state'-esque.
I'm not going to mark them down to 4* for these.

It was freezing
It was freezing, no kettle, room was dirty, had to pay an extra £6 for a window that didn’t even work. I won’t be staying there again, hardly got any sleep, will be sticking to my premier inn’s from now on🤢
