Easy hotel was clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone!

No carpet, no kettle, poor heating. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Luton EasyHotel was so disgusting, the window was black and rotten on the inside with a smear of something nasty on the inner ledge. The bathroom light had a constant strobe effect it made me feel ill (luckily I don’t suffer from epilepsy). Could not switch off the bedroom light so slept with it on. Fortunately our flight had been delayed so we only needed to stay there for a few hours. Appalling. AND there is no way to complain to the company, although I have messaged Resolver, but never got a response. I have written and uploaded photos to TripAdvisor too. I am scarred by the experience.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL CHAIN THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I booked 2 nights at their Croydon location. Go there to be told they were closed due to a water leak and they refuse to refund me. If you want to be scammed give it a go.

Selvom hotel måske er lidt en overdrivelse at skrive.
Har aldrig været i så lille et værelse, ihvertifald ik hvor jeg har skullet betale for det.. badeværelset er jo nærmest ikke eksisterende, skal jo stå med den ene halvdel inde i den mikroskopiske bruser og den anden del ude i resten af “badeværelset” for at tørre mig. Der er en rand rundt om sengen på ca 30 cm, det er den gulvplads der er..
Det er vist både første og sidste gang jeg benytter mig af dem..

I left a pair of trainers at the hotel and didn’t realise until a week later. Asking the hotel about this and was ignored for a week then told they were never found. Asked to review the CCTV and they said they wouldn’t unless the police were called. Absolutely terrible service and ran by thieves that like to steal people’s belongings. Will never use the brand again or let any of my family/friends to go there without telling them if my terrible experience

For the price,it was basic but decent for night's sleep. Not longer. Clean, towels, t.paper, hot cold shower, TV and clean bed with AC ,heating and windows. Easy access key card.Friendly staff, gave me welcome with all info needed for stay. Simple and easy check-in and checkout. Not sure why so many bad reviews. It's not 5* lol.

bathroom not clean, especially the floor of the shower room was very dirty. Bed was oke. No hair browser.

Worst hotel ever smallest rooms ever freezing cold rooms awful smell in bathroom no help from staff definitely would not stop again

WORST customer service. They first granted me a free cancellation, but still insisted on charging me the full price TWICE.
I will get my money back, but as a broke college student I am furious.

EasyHotel South Kensington, London. Do not be tempted by the price. Yeah just awful… can’t even be bothered to start trying to explain how rubbish it is. Just don’t stay here.

Absolutely disgusting.
Not only is the room smaller than a prison cell with a bathroom like an airplane bathroom, our room had mold on the walls, the walls were brittle and falling apart and the bedding was dirty. To be able to use the toilet you have to basically sit with your legs in the shower the bathroom is that small.
No kettle, no cups, no water, nothing. I will NEVER stay here again. A stuffy room with no window.

A drunken night so wasn't to bothered woke and done my normal routen, take the sheets off clean the room up, pee stains all over the bed hair which doesn't belong to me as a don't have any. Rash built up on my face. The place is rancid

Staff are very attentive and helpful.

Hello everyone one I made a booking at easy hotel Milton Keynes I came to check inn last night it wa about 10pm I lost my booking so could stay there the manager is was so not good and the girl on reception was so brain dead did not know what she was doing so I walk out and check in to the piremer inn on Avebury boulevard Mk9 it’s was very nice there I will never book the easy hotel again I give easy hotel Milton Keynes a FAT 0 out of 10

I just stayed in the Easyhotel Birmingham.

It was excellent for me, as I was going to a concert and needed to spend a night in a hotel. It was a very good rate.

It is 2 minutes-walk from Birmingham New Street Station. (And to get to it, you walk behind the back of a big Casino.)

Carmen at the hotel was wonderful and could immediately give me precise directions for the Symphony Hall (about a ten-minute easy walk from the hotel.)

She made me feel very welcome, which is great for a single lady.

The room was clean and quiet. You do not get given a glass in the room, so I bought some plastic ones from the convenient grocers opposite. (The room is small, but that was no problem at all for me. Shower is also there in the room.)

Absolutely, I shall stay here again for one or two nights, for shopping or concerts.

PS. The help-desk at Birmingham New Street Station has a fantastic map of central Birmingham. You might need this, until you find out where all the shops are.

Also note that there are shops and eating stations right above the Station up the escalator and that mall is called Grand Central.

A really good hotel if you’re looking for a place to spend for a night out and looking for good night life. Close walk from the train station and very easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff we had Asfi who helped with all our question . Nice clean room would definitely recommend 👍
