If I could give this company no stars, I would.
Was told the engineer would be with us from 8.30am - 10am on Friday 17th Nov. Both my partner and I took the day off work to clear out the areas and make ready for our boiler to be fitted. 10.30am no sign of engineer and no courtesy call. I called the office and was told there had been a mix up their end and that it was booked for Monday 20th Nov. No heating all weekend - but because the person I spoke to (Alex?) apologised profusely I let it go. We were told we would get 2 free services as good will. I was told by Alex that the same time would apply, 8.30am - 10am but usually around '9am'. At 9.40 - no engineer and no courtesy call or text. I call the number again - and the same person 'Alex' said he will check the engineer is on his way. I gave him my partner's number who was at home, again, waiting. My partner got the call to say - wait for it - not one, not two but THREE vans broken into and all the tools have been stolen. Did we get a call? No. So, to cut a long story short - we still have no boiler, no heat in our home, my partner has taken 2 days off work (he is self employed) for nothing. The only good thing is that we never paid any money for this absolute joke of a company. They are obviously raking in so much money that they do not need our £2400 - so therefore we shall go elsewhere. Customer service is key - imagine what kind of service we would get if we had already paid?? My advice to you? Avoid this company like the plague - getting them to turn up is hard enough. If there was a zero star option, I would give it as we have not had a service or a boiler - and we have lost 3 days work between the pair of us, waiting around for these time-wasters. Not a reputable business - put your money elsewhere, where you will be valued as a customer and get the service you paid for!

Had my boiler replaced, Hamer and Sadak were very polite and very efficient in installing. Scott gave me a reasonable price and the job done as promised. I will definitely use Easy Heat again its shame I had two other properties done by another company which wasn't as good a week prior. Well Done.

5 star up to now. The process was smooth and the guys installed a combo boiler within 3 hours and removed my old water tank system. The price was very competitive. Gas safety certificates delivered. And they even offered after sales help, which is pretty rare nowadays.

Very tidy install done with excellent workmanship

Very easy to book, lots of information given on boilers and what's included. Good communication before. Engineer Joe, was amazing, boiler fitted really easy, clean and tidy and very friendly. He took time to make sure there were no leaks. Even being in Cornwall was no problem.

What a great guy Craig is not only an excellent quote for a new boiler nothing too much trouble always there for the best advice definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace or a new install, thank you Craig

Craig answered all my questions went out of his way to help, the quote was the cheapest by far and some company say next day fitting but when u accept the quote give u a date for 7 days. craig offered me next day fitting if u make payment or finance option available aswell and order before one.

Craig was one of the first to send me a quote and he answered any questions I had quickly. On the day of fitting our new boiler Arthur arrived at 8am like he promised and was quick and efficient. Our boiler was fitted on the 20th of September and we have had no issues since. I would recommend Easy Heat to friends and family.

After our boiler broke down beyond repair and speaking with many pushy company's these guys were a breath of fresh air! No pushy sales at all & got me the best price and quickest fitting time, they also stayed in contact once they'd fitted my boiler to check if everything was ok.

Whilst sourcing various quotes to replace an old combi boiler I contacted Eazy Heat, I found Craig professional, informative and provided a few decent boiler options and very reasonable pricing. Artur (the fitter) was prompt, professional and did a top job.

Two days out of hospital after major surgery, our combi boiler was condemned. Got several quotes all high and with considerable delays. Craig of EazyHeat came to the rescue with a quote £450 cheaper than the cheapest of the others for exactly the same boiler installation, and, rising to the urgency, it was fitted and running within 3 days. We cannot recommend Craig and his team highly enough, if you are in a spot as well as needing a good quotation with no hidden extras, look no further than Craig.

Craig was super responsive and very polite. He was able to provide a professional service at a cheaper cost than everybody else. Overall we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Craig and his team again. Would happily recommend.

The service received from start to finish of replacing an existing boiler was excellent. Easy to deal with and Craig kept me up to date throughout, and even managed to fit me in sooner than expected.
We encountered a few minor issues but these were dealt with swiftly and honestly.
I don't think many, if any, companies would have gone above and beyond like Craig and Joe did! One boiler wouldn't have met warranty standards so that was the first encounter and so rather than just fit it anyway, Craig simply rebooked for a different day, explaining the whole process and reasons as to why, and then gave me suitable recommendations and was honest in what we could have and want..
On coming to fit the boiler, Joe was brilliant. He did the job to a great standard and was a lovely fella. Bless him he had to endure a long day due to a few issues beyond his control, resulting in a few extra journeys. He managed to sort those via his vast experience and a little help over the phone from Craig when needed. We were so happy they managed to get to the root of the issues faced and sort them, otherwise we'd have faced the potential of having no hot water! They were never going to allow this, and although the job took longer than expected, the service from Joe and Craig was top notch!

From the start Craig was very helpful on identifying my requirements and explained everything clearly. But can I just say JOE and MAT went above and beyond when they came in to move and fit a new boiler and install some radiators. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected afew things popped up and JOE took his time to explain every little detail and changes. Hardworking Honest people from beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend Eazy heat, ask to speak to Craig and get him to send Joe and Mat !!
