Craig and his team have been excellent through out the whole process I called on the wednesday and the boiler was fitted on the Saturday. We had a small issue with the boiler and Craig came over himself to have a look and get it all working correctly a long journey from Wale s to Birmingham but nothing was too much trouble a real family orienatated business and cheaper than any other quote I had. First class experience from beginning to end. The price was the best I could find and the service and advice were first rate.
We wanted the boiler in a rush and Craig went the extra mile to move things around to get us a boiler fitted the next day.
Mark, the installer, was also excellent. Like Craig, he was friendly, helpful and professional.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I have no experience of heating systems at all, Craig was helpful and responded to my many emails within minutes. The installation team worked diligently and ensured everywhere was clean before leaving. Craig gave a follow up call to check i was satisfied with the service and offered future support should I need it. The whole process was seamless, and I am an extremely happy customer.

Found eazy heat upon Facebook and gave them a ring. Craig was amazing from start to finish. Made everything so easy from start to finish. Engineer turned up upon the day on time and installed the boiler. I went with easy heat because they can offer an extended parts and labour warranty upon the boiler which was far greater than most offered by other company’s. Highly recommend them. Great price too compared to other company’s. Free detailed quotes with options of a choice of boilers helped with my choice with the choice of timer controls and filters. Would definitely use them again.

Having just moved house and finding an inefficient twenty year old boiler installed I requested a number of quotes from different companies. Craig's communication was excellent from start to finish, providing clear detailed quotes on a variety of boilers. Having selected the boiler we wanted we then decided to enquire about replacing some old radiators and installing TRV's - again Craig was swift with the quotes and very competitive. On the day the two lads who carried out the work were, friendly, clean and tidy and did a great job! Craig called in to check all was ok and rang again the following day to check we were happy and explain the warranty process. Overall an excellent experience - thanks again!

We had a combi boiler fitted recently. Due to the age of the old boiler it looked like it would be really difficult to install, however after reviewing the situation Joe the engineer came up with a plan to install. It took longer than expected but Joe came back to ensure everything was completed and working properly. Overall I was very impressed with Joes work, he removed all rubbish and cleaned everything once done. Craig from Easyheat made a follow up call to go through warranty info and to let us know if we need any help with anything they would be there for us. Great service and we are now happy to have hot water👍👍👍 would highly recommend.

Right from the off it was very easy to order the correct combination boiler with a quotation to supply and install. Spoke to Craig from EazyHeat to confirm the order and install date, he was very helpful.
The boiler engineer was very experience and made sure he carried out all the initial checks be for install. The install and commissioning of the boiler went very well and all relevant documentation was handed over plus a safe gas check and certificate was carried out. The site was cleared of all old materials.
Craig gave myself a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the job and explained the next steps regarding warranty and other relevant documentation that will be sent to me. The warranty will be for 10 years.

Fabulous service from Craig who visited to view the boiler replacement in our old property, which was not quite as straightforward as just a simple replacement. Craig was professional, knowledgeable and quickly sorted out which boiler would work with our setup. He arranged the fitting very quickly as we needed the boiler urgently. Joe the engineer worked tirelessly to fit the boiler, pump and new controls and did not leave until he was completely satisfied that everything worked well and the job was completed to his high standard. Craig was available to answer questions both before and after fitting, his communication is excellent and returns calls very quickly. I cannot fault this company and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new boiler.
