flowers did not turn up in time for mothers day. They said they would send the next day anyway as well as refunding. Flowers didnt turn up again.

I sent my mum Mother's Day flowers from the UK and she was THRILLED!

Flowers didn't arrive for mothers day. My son got an email late on the Sunday to say they had been held up! When they arrived the next day I just had to laugh. They were terrible. Some broken others dead. Leaves wilted. I put them in a vase and they were certainly a talking point. I sent photos to my son and asked him to get a refund. He said he would get them to send me another bunch. I said best not too.

The flowers arrived on time but the bunch was very small for the price (I ordered Medium). They looked very poor and didn't improve after feeding. Also the message card was wet and wrinkled on arrival and the message wasn't spaced in a nice way so I couldn't use it. Much better off going to a supermarket, paying half the price for a much nicer, larger bunch.

I paid extra for flowers to be delivered on the right day but they weren't. I also went for the largest size. The flowers didn't look like the picture and there were a lot less of them. I contacted them but they said the flowers were fresh and met the colour scheme. I responded to highlight that my complaint was about the lack of flowers and received no response.

I ordered the Radiance rose bouquet, doubled up 100%, £33.99 plus £6.99 delivery = £41.98 - this was to present to a colleague who was retiring that day. The bunches that came were small, wilting and dead petal on the roses, the other flowers were only in bud. They were presentable. I rushed out and bought a nice bunch from Tesco for £12, they were lovely, fresh and bigger than the bunch I had received from eflorist. I have complained but they have only said wait 2 days until the buds come out and they will look better. Did not have 2 days to wait, the picture on website shows a full bouquet of flowers not buds in a box. Never again will I buy from eflorist.

The Mothers Day flowers(Marmalade) that I ordered ( March 2026) online and what was delivered was misleading and dissapointing. The flowers were nothing like the order
The company can improve by being honest with photographs they have online and telling the customers beforehand which flowers they have in stock and will be using.
Florists should not be allowed to use the substitution policy as a get out clause not to refund customers for poor qualtity flowers that were not ordered.
I spent a lot of money with E florist purchasing flowers that were advertised online.
I certainly will NOT be ordering any flowers from Eflorist again.

Flowers were lovely would use eflorist again, but unfortunately flower delivery from Evri was delayed a day and it was for mother's day, unfortunately I realise things happen but it was a great shame.

Three times I have used this company - using standard delivery - which in their publicity is usually the next day. This lates order has still not bee delivered two days after the selected delivery date - and the logistics company they use provides little useful information as to when delivery will be made - no doubt with flowers that are no longer in their optimum condition.
Guaranteed delivery is at an exorbitant amount and overall they are more expensive than most of their competitors.
I will not be wasting my time and money by using them in future and recommends you consider ordering from other more reliable florists

Really poor service. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day, not only did it arrive the day after the promised delivery date, but the arrangement looked nothing like the image on their website. The flowers arrived in a scruffy cardboard box. Customer service promised me a full refund, which still hasn't arrived a week later.

Beautiful flowers for mothers day. My mum was extremely pleased.
