Save your money
Save your money! I paid extra for a large flowers for mother's day. Paid for delivery to arrive on Sunday, it was delivered on Saturday and the flowers as pretty as they were, i expected more. My sister bought flowers for my mum from a market spent less, got more flowers and good quailty. I will not use eflorist again.

I have ordered a number of times and have been very happy with the product however, I was a little disappointed in the latest order. I thought I had ordered the middle bouquet nevertheless the single rose failed to raise its head and never opened. Similarly the irises never opened properly. This is the first occasion on which the bouquet has proved less than excellent and will not prevent me from ordering another time.

Receiver did complement the flowers but no card or chocolates delivered. Glad I stuck to a standard package. Will not be using them again. Other company's available who deliver.
Trustworthy company
Having been let down last minute, I found eflorist and they could fulfill my order, including some lovely extras. Delivered as promised and the lovely flowers were very much appreciated.

Flowers were half dead when they arrived. And then when I received the “how was your order, leave a review email” if you click the negative response, it takes you in a circle through their site. If you click that you’re happy, you end up here. Which is a dishonest way of discouraging bad reviews.

Flowers turned up and were brown round the edges (50 red roses) wouldn’t use again especially after a 8.99 delivery charge,dont normally slate people but tried contacting them through their website but couldn’t 🤷♂️

NEVER AGAIN - AVOID
I am disappointed with the flowers I received for Mother’s Day. They looked like something picked randomly from a garden — just leaves and greenery, with barely any actual flowers. It was honestly embarrassing to give this as a gift on such an important occasion.
These are without a doubt the worst flowers I have ever seen.
On top of that, I have already sent three emails to the company and have not received a single response. Completely unacceptable customer service.
Avoid this company at all costs — this is nothing but a joke. Ruining Mother’s Day like this is disgraceful. You should be ashamed.
I am still waiting for a response, and if I do not hear back, I will be contacting my bank to take this further.
Bad in every aspect: bad product, bad delivery and bad customer service.
Sent an email to review my experience with eflorist but when i click either of the negative options it brings me to their 'help' section which is just FAQs but if I clicked good experience it took me to trustpilot to leave a review. That alone is a pretty good indicator of how their business is handled.
I ordered mothers day flowers and paid nearly £10 in just postage alone to have them delivered on a Sunday. The flowers did not arrive until the monday and when they did my mother reported that they were incredibly wilted and battered. I got in touch witht heir customer service to complain and receive quite literally no response. A few days later i had a refund for just the postage cost but still nobody said anything to me and no customer service it was just the money. I wanted more of my money back but i certainly wouldnt go here again. Oh and by the way, they use EVRI to deliver so that should tell you all you need to know anyway.
Ruined Mother’s Day: Dead flowers and zero customer support.
I ordered two "Medium" arrangements (roses and tulips) for Mother’s Day, and the experience has been a total shambles. The flowers arrived withered, bruised, and dying. They looked nothing like the lush arrangements advertised online. To add insult to injury, I was charged two separate delivery fees despite both bunches arriving at the same time with the same courier in a single drop-off.
I have emailed eflorist four times since March 14th to resolve this under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have ignored every single message across all channels. I am now proceeding with a formal Letter Before Action and a court summons. Avoid this company if you actually want your gift to arrive alive.
Unreliable service
Flowers arrived in two separate boxes..they were tatty looking and had to be put together to look anything like a bouquet.
Mother's day was ruined ..my mum was really disappointed.
