I ordered next day guaranteed delivery. I found it non sensical that the order was picked up from Somerton by a courier, taken to a delivery hub overnight, before being delivered back to Somerton the following day?

If logistics can’t be organised to make timely delivery on Mother’s Day with adequate order notice given, I think that says enough.

Shocking! 2 bouquets ordered for Mother’s Day one arrived on time but was completely different to what was ordered should have been roses and carnations was tulip's and were half dead! Other bouquet arrived 4days late and also all tulips. Ordered replacement bouquets when contacted customer services requested full refund instead. First and last time using Eflorist.

Flowers paid with delivery on the 15th March 2026, Mothers Day........ Were not delivered until the 19th March 2026 and were in a bad conditions.

Beware Eflorist uses EVRI to deliver and we all know how bad they are

Essentially an Evri delivery company masquerading as a florist. Flowers were never delivered and Eflorist didn’t care.

I ordered for my mum on Mother’s Day as she lives down south and I’m up north. They delivered on time when they said they would. My mum was over the moon with the flowers. I have used companies before that have not been so good but I would highly recommend Eflorist.

Your customer service team are excellent. The respond quickly to emails and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Flowers arrived a day early but i didn't mind that at all...it was more important they turned up ..The flowers are always beautiful..my mum loved her Mothering Sunday ones & box of chocolates

Ordering with eflorist was easy and the price was very competitive. I ordered a medium bunch for my mum for mother's day but it seemed extremely small and I was rather disappointed. However, the flowers were very vibrant and lovely. I would have been happier having a few more flowers instead of the free chocolates. I also paid the extra to have my flowers delivered on Mother's Day, but unfortunately they were delivered the day before. I may come back to using them in the future but I will be trying other florists next time.

Ordered 3 sets of flowers for Mother’s Day. My wife from our kids, my mum and mother in law. Mother in law flowers in Devon were amazing according to her and looked lovely. My wife’s and mums flowers cost between £30-40 (with discount). The flowers looked like they were from Tesco or a petrol station. I complained and they said they need to bud! Absolutely disgusting and will never use them again!

I live miles away from my family and needed to send a Mother's Day gift that I knew would look brilliant and would get there on time for the special day. Eflorist was easy to order, had plenty of options and delivered at the time I needed it to be. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
