Nice flowers but having ordered the largest size I was disappointed with the size of the bouquet that was delivered! Wouldn’t order again. Spending almost £50 on mothers days flowers only filled a small vase for my mum..

Horrendous experience. The flowers were delivered on a different day and the other part of the order was missing. The customer service was terrible - I was told they are allowed to get their orders wrong because it's in their Ts & Cs, so no redress offered. What a sly, deceitful company! I've ordered flowers online for many years and never had an experience as bad as this.

Flowers were wilted and nothing like the photo. The card I paid £4 extra for was flimsy paper and the chocolates were not delivered. I contacted customer services with photos but they wrote back saying the flowers were to the value paid and I could have a credit for the chocolates for my next order. I’m embarrassed my mother received what she did for Mother’s Day! I will never order from them again! I could have got 10 times better quality flowers if I ubered the flowers from Tesco for her! Do not order from them! Will be disappointed!!

My order was not delivered and I had to raise issue with eflorist. To be fair when I contacted customer services a refund was raised. However my 80 year old mother did not get her Mother’s Day flowers.

Will never order from this company again. Ordered flowers and they didn't arrive. On tracking they were supposed to arrive 2 days later but never did. Fighting to get a refund as they want to give me a voucher for a third of the price of the flowers !!!!

I ordered fifty red roses and paid extra for them to arrive on Mother’s Day and they arrived the day before black and dead.

I sent them an email telling them this and I’m still waiting for them to reply.

I’d save your money and order locally terrible company !

The flowers were fantastic. But the delivery was appalling. The person who delivered had tried to open the box. The courier was Evri.

They sent much fewer than what was advertised in their pictures when it came to ordering a large bundle of flowers for mothers day. When I complained, they asked for photos then default messaged back saying it's what you ordered and put a pin in it.
If you look at the photo vs the listing, it is very misleading. Then they have the cheek to send emails asking for reviews - when you click a negative one, it takes you to their help page, whereas conveniently the good reviews take you here. Very bad customer service. I would never use this company again.

Arrived on the day promised, flowers are still going strong after 1 week

Mother's Day Flowers turning up a day late, means that they are no longer Mother's Day flowers that I ordered, just flowers. And customer service not really understanding that is not good enough, and only refunding the deleivery fee. Also the size if the bunch of flowers that turned up were so small, could and should have got supermarket flowers, would have got more for my money.

left the flowers outside where they were all night didnt let the residents know they had been delivered DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Delivered a day early and not on Mothers day as requested at time of order, otherwise all ok.

Paid extra for delivery on a specific date then delivered wrong. Very poor. Will not be using again.

Ordering from Eflorist was easy and straightforward. They were for a gift and they arrived on time, the recipient was delighted and loved the bouquet 💐.I recommend Eflorist you won't be disappointed!
