No promblems with order and speedy despatch.

Very easy to place order. Order shipped within a few days. Managed to get through on the phone to get the first order changed a couple of times. Holly and Chloe did what they said they would by getting in touch with their warehouse to amend my order. I have a few more items to arrive on a newer order. I have no doubt this will come through and if there are any issues, I am confident their customer service team will go above and beyond to resolve. Overall price/ delivery reasonable and great customer service.

Needed a replacement down light in the kitchen and they had the exact one and at a good price. Would definitely use again.

Although my product was delayed due to being out of stock. Their very polite customer staff tracked my item, explained the issue. Apologised for the delay,and gave me an up dated time for delivery. Very professional. Thank you.

Delivery was a bit slow. Conduit clips were good value for money but minimum order ££ for free delivery was high compared to other similar suppliers

Poor service. After a couple of days of no news, I had to chase them about my order. They say it would arrive the next day; Ok but where's the shipping confirmation? Where's the tracking code? And it did arrive but only half of the items... so I have to chase them again, no answer. A week later and I don't know if my urgent items have been shipped or not. Now I have to order them again from a reliable company instead.

Good website, good prices, made an order on a Thursday for equipment needed for a job the following Tuesday and paid additional delivery charge, phoned the company Monday to chase order to be told, they were waiting on some parts to come in so haven’t sent anything yet, no notification of delay or apology of poor service, asked for refund of order and has taken 7days to process. Won’t be using again in a hurry

Fast delivery, great product and another job off my todo list. Perfect.
