I recently ordered GU10 Spotlight Bulbs and there was an issue with the DHL delivery (I believe DHL returned it to the DHL Hub at the end of the day).

I called the Electrical Counter and the amazing CHLOE answered the phone. She contacted DHL for me and ensured the parcel was delivered quickly. Chloe also kept me updated. This is Superb Customer Service. I also spoke to Charlotte on one occasion and, again, she was excellent.

I stress this wasn't the fault of the Electrical Counter and I look forward to placing future orders with them. Thanks again Chloe for your first class help. You've created a happy customer!

Great product, matches my existing lights. Delivered safely and on time.

Delivery was good, however the first bulb I used lasted only as long as it took to bake a quiche. This may have been a faulty bulb, hopefully the second may last as long as the normally do.

I needed two pin black connectors for quick connectors, for an external loudspeaker system ( 100 volt)

Ordered a Aurora led driver from this company which stated a 2-3 days delivery timeframe on the website. Did not receive a dispatch email so I emailed the company and I was only THEN told that this item had been ordered from the manufacturer and it would be delayed when I had a job which needed to be completed by Thursday. I had even put in the notes of the order that the job would need to be completed by Thursday and I needed the product ASAP.

I have ordered from multiple places at the same time as this order and all of my orders arrived with no issue apart from 2 of them including this one. The other order, the company reached out to me to inform me of the delay.

I have since sent three emails and also called the office to cancel this order and nobody has answered the phone even whilst waiting on the line. No call back either.

Product prices on the website seem reasonable however the service was certainly not up to standard this time.

The order wasn’t processed after a week. The order was cancelled and I’ve still not received a refund.

The products were as described, and packaged well. But delivery took two weeks, with no information about the reasons for the delay.
