The boiler part was original branded item, which is peace of mind that it will be fully compatible. The delivery was a very quick turn around and was kept up to date when to expect the item.

Hi Kwadwo - this was not bought from us!
Although it's a shame you have a product you're not happy with, we’ve had a good look through our system, our order history, and even under a few office cushions… but we still can’t find any record of you buying any product from us at all.
We’ve reached out to you just in case there’s been a mix‑up, but haven’t heard back yet. If this review was meant for another retailer, no worries at all — it happens more often than you’d think. Just let us know and we’ll try to help point you in the right direction.
We’re very proud of the service we do provide, and our actual customers know they’re in safe hands with us.
Best price on the internet by far
Best price on the internet by far and speedy delivery even though I ordered late afternoon. Arrived in two days ready for my plumber to install.
Saved to my Favourites for the future!

And..... there's nothing we love more than returning customers like you!
We trust your OSO vessel does the job, and we look forward to your next order.
Great price and customer service
Placed an order for a hot water tank 7pm on Monday - it arrived early on Wednesday morning despite requesting standard (free) delivery. I called prior to ordering to double check stock - Breen was very helpful and courteous. Once ordered, she kept me up to date by emailing invoices, warranty information and delivery info. Buy from EDD with confidence.

Thank you so much for this lovely review!
We appreciate that we're all asked (practically daily) for reviews, and for that reason every review is so valuable and cherished.
We're pleased (although not surprised!) that Breen looked after you well, and I'll make sure she gets a hearty pat on the back from me!
Thanks once again, and we trust your water heater serves you well for years to come.
Superb customer service and pricing.
Searching for Ideal Boiler parts I came across edd, the web site was very easy to navigate and the prices for the parts I needed were considerably less than elsewhere.
To confirm if the parts were Ideal genuine parts, I rang edd, the phone was answered promptly and the service was amazing from Breen.
Customer service was second to none and I have no problems highly recommending Electrical Deals Direct.
