There was a problem with our standing order.
There was a problem with our standing order payments which took a while to sort out because of problems on the website (which have now been corrected)- I was really impressed with the speedy help and feedback at each stage of getting this sorted out. Very prompt, efficient and friendly service- you can't ask for more with a utility company! Full marks to Jana Plavnicka and all the team involved.
