Very helpful, Helped me get an old retro specialized mountain bike rolling again at the drop of a hat. Only a few bearings required but sorted it in 30 mins. Encouraging and friendly guys! great service.

I appreciate the Staff who took the time to find me some vintage track nuts...rather than some bike shops who will refuse do a 'wallet audit' on you as you enter and dismiss such a service.

My second Bianchi bought from Epic Bikes despite living no where near the shop! I would highly recommend, the service they provide is excellent, email questions answered fast, updates on the build etc. Very good, I wouldn't hesitate ordering off them again.

The service from Epic Cycles was first class! As I was working away at the time of new bike purchase they have stored the bike for my return! Every question I had was promptly answered and the changes to my bike all accommodated! Received my new Orbea Orca yesterday (1 July 2025), the wait from ordering was pretty good given that I had chosen a colour that was not on Orbeas schedule for a few weeks, other than that build and shipping went fairly quickly. Epic Cycles have been very helpful every step of the way with lots of updates from Viv and Christian keeping me informed.

I have just bought my third Bianchi from Epic. The wonderful Mark Cope has custom-fitted me for all three, going back to 2012 and, as ever, provided an excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service. No fuss, great pricing and helpful advice throughout the process. I wouldn't go anywhere else - well worth the drive from SW London to be fitted and collect the bike.

that was my first time purchasing from EPIC CYCLES, I've never heard about this bike shop before. I just hit the nail on the head when I chosen Epic Cycles to purchase my Bianchi Oltre. Amazing how professionals, reliable and quick they'd been to respond my enquiry. thanks Ben for having guided me about the frame size that best would fit me, also without leaving to mention Viv who did the rest of the job keeping me posted about my order , date of delivery and so on. Having decided on a Bianchi Impulso RC for my next gravel bike, I was happy to see that Epic had them on their website, as I'd wanted to try these guys out for ages.

A couple of phone calls and a few emails later, the guys let me know that an ex-demo model was found for me at an unbeatable price which was a great bonus!

A week later, it was ready to be picked up, so arranged a visit on the Saturday morning, and had a great experience in the shop with the team, marvelling over my new bike (and many others there!), learning about the history of the Bianchi celeste colour and also having some philosophical discourse... a fantastic way to spend a Saturday morning!

I contacted Epic Cycles as part of my company's Cycle to Work Scheme. The team there did a fantastic job supporting my purchase and were very easy to work/communicate with.

Ordered a Kinesis bike from Epic Cycles and they helped me with a few modifications to the suggested finishing kit. They kept me informed throughout the process and I enjoyed a walkthrough of features when I went to pick up the bike. Build quality has been excellent and I thoroughly recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care & attention to detail I received from the guys at Epic. From first contact they were fully invested in my purchase & played a significant part in ensuring that I had made the right choice of bike for my needs & from a supplier that I could really trust.

I bought a bike from epic through their eBay store to delivered without being seen. Every staff member I interacted with was brilliant, especially Viv and Phil, their knowledge of the product and processing the cycle to work vouchers was great. The bike arrived on time with regular updates exactly as described.

Many shops will be dishonest about pricing when it comes to cycle to work vouchers but epic are totally honest from the get go. I will certainly be buying my next bike through them.

I called in here whilst passing through Ludlow during a cycle tour from John o'Groat's to Land's End. My pedal had come off it's bearings and the gang at Epic Cycles kindly stopped what they were doing and fitted me a new, more robust set of pedals for a really reasonable price and helped me with some route advice. A really lovely bike shop - I wish it was my local. There's even the lovely touch of filter coffee on the counter for customers if you leave a donation.

Bought a Bianchi Oltre road bike back in october and travelled over two hours to collect. Was in the shop for a good couple of hours as they plied me with coffee and fine tuned the setup for me. Great and friendly service. Couldn't have asked for more. Bike is great and making my cycling experience a very enjoyable one.

The whole experience with Epic Cycles from start to finish was amazing. The bike I bought is an absolute beauty and the build they did is really impeccable; so much attention to detail.
Customer service was brilliant throughout. Really clear communication, very patient with questions and also very accommodating with custom requests. Not only that but friendly throughout.
The price was fantastic too with what they say on the website about their ethos on proces really proving to be true.
