Bought a Bianchi Oltre road bike back in october and travelled over two hours to collect. Was in the shop for a good couple of hours as they plied me with coffee and fine tuned the setup for me. Great and friendly service. Couldn't have asked for more. Bike is great and making my cycling experience a very enjoyable one.

The whole experience with Epic Cycles from start to finish was amazing. The bike I bought is an absolute beauty and the build they did is really impeccable; so much attention to detail.
Customer service was brilliant throughout. Really clear communication, very patient with questions and also very accommodating with custom requests. Not only that but friendly throughout.
The price was fantastic too with what they say on the website about their ethos on proces really proving to be true.
Epic Cycles is truly a fantastic bike shop and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

After weeks of looking for a gravel/adventure bike and feeling like this was going to be a long process I decided to take a drive to Epic on a Saturday morning.
Spoke to Mark and Ben and gave them my requirements in terms of what I wanted the bike for.
It was obvious from the start that there was a wealth of knowledge here and not just in terms of years of riding bikes but real technical know how.
I made my mind up there and then that these were the guys I trusted to deliver , all I can say is I wasn’t disappointed.
The turn around for the complete build from scratch was 2 weeks and the fit is perfect. They took the measurements I provided from my other bike and worked their alchemy . None of this £200 bike fit rubbish that other shops had told me, it just proved they knew what they were talking about.
Picked the bike up on a Saturday, road test for 40miles on the following Sunday, no issues , no discomfort which I have had from previous bikes.
Well done Epic , look forward to my next purchase.

Wholly recommend Epic Cycles - their communication was friendly and fast, and they sourced the bike of my dreams quickly and offered a great price. Build and delivery were quick and well packaged, and you could tell the build had been done with care at every corner; the bike rode beautifully straight away. A very happy customer indeed!

The service I received from Epic Cycles was faultless. All of the staff were attentive, flexible, responsive and, when I had to change my order at the last minute, they were very undertsanding. They even set up my new bike perfectly to my bike fit, so that I didn't have to make any adjustments myself. I have now ridden over 800miles on the bike and it hasn't missed a beat. In addition to providing this fantastic service, Epic also supplied my new bike at the best price I could find anywhere. This is the third bike I have now purchased from Epic and every time they have provided excellent service and price. Keep up the great work Epic !

Reading all the amazing reviews here I am really wondering how unlucky
i must have been here.
My experience was bad from start to finish. Staff refused to talk on the phone for some weird reason since the start and only wanted communucation through emails that were very late to come back.
After chasing back and forth emails, and attempts to call, I literally ended up being denied service by someone on the phone who said that "they can't talk to me" and answer questions to help me move forward with my order.
Finally after 3 days of this I got an email telling me that the bike I wanted was no longer in stock.
When I challenged them and said that if someone had just answered my questions on the phone on the first day when I called and the bike was still available I would have completed the order there and then and everyone would have been happy, I was called rude for calling out their inefficient and unprofessional conduct.
I honestly felt they didn't care or wanted to sell a bike.
By far the worst and most bizzare bike shop experience I have ever had.

UPDATE: Their response just proves my point. FIRST, it is inaccurate and a blatant lie. The bike was available when i made my initial request. Only after three days of Back and forth emails and failed phone calls they informed me that the bike is no longer available, not before as is claimed here.
SECOND: After being called rude, I immediately emailed them and said that i did not want a bike anymore from them, only to receive an email from the a few minutes later to tell me that they will let me know on Friday(LOL).
THIRD: they never did. Instead they let me know through answering my review here and not by calling or emailing me. Utterly utterly unprofessional and just bizzare!

Fantastic experience from start to finish purchasing my bike from Epic Cycles. From my initial enquiry they helped me choose the correct size for my height, source the bike I wanted and offered it for a better price then anywhere else. Mark and his team were helpful throughout and on the day of collection spent a good a mount of time setting me up to fit the bike.
This is a great local bike shop and the staff are knowledgeable and skilled like a traditional LBS should be.

Epic built me up a bike to my spec on the cycle to work scheme. The whole process was so easy from my perspective, they were super switched on and I felt valued as a customer, which is different to my local bike shops. Chuffed with the bike and the service was even better.

The team at Epic were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of choosing and then building up my bike. Communication couldn’t have been better and I’m super happy with the final product!

I first reached out to Epic Cycles in December 2022, as I was looking to get a new MTB after a bike fit. I was after a Brother Big Bro, and I knew EC was a stockist, after seeing them at BITW Shropshire.

This was my first MTB, so I wasn't very familiar with what size/components would work better for me, but Ben took my request and gave me some suggestions based on the rides I planned on doing and my measurements. It also helped to hear about their own experience with a Big Bro. At all times I felt that Ben was working towards building a bike that would suit my needs, instead of just selling for the sake of it, and that was reassuring.

Later on Viv took over for the rest of the process, also very friendly, responsive, kept me updated and made sure that my bike got delivered safe and on time.

Almost 5 months now after I've received my bike, I've tested it on different trails and it's been amazing. I'm so happy with it, and so far, can't fault it :)

And a second bike purchase from Epic Cycles, and again outstanding. They have a flawless process, providing good reliable advice at the enquiry stage, through to delivery of a carefully built bike, getting all the spec and technicals spot on. Communication by phone and email from the shop, and workshop, is instant and excellent - many thanks.

Was on the lookout for a new bike, many of my normal options didn’t allow the changes I was after. I contacted Epic and Ben/Viv took onboard what I wanted, sorted the package out and got back to me at every stage, even the minor hiccups with red tape from other suppliers. I now have a very nuclear orange Kinesis Tripster! 😁. I ain’t the best mechanic but the way the bike was packaged it was so easy to put together.

I bought a Obrea Orca m31eLTD Red Wine Colour a couple of months ago from Epic Cycles, they were the best price I could find by miles on the internet.
Spoke with Mark who was really helpful and who explained the process in detail. The team were amazing, special mention to Viv who handled the delivery process to perfection via constant email communication. Bike was packaged extremely well and rides like a dream straight out of the box.

Really impressed with the service from Epic cycles. They kept me up to date with the progress of the build of my bike/when custom parts would be available etc (Kinesis tripster). It was shipped out and landed within 24hrs in perfect condition. The build quality was excellent…..the bike itself is brilliant, a really smooth ride. I’d definitely recommend Epic, and I would use them again.
