Last week picked up my dream bike from Epic, a titanium Kinesis Tripster with SRAM Rival eTap. So far I’ve taken it out for 4 or 5 short rides to get seat position and tyre pressures dialled in

Overall impression is of incredible smoothness, the frame just seems absorb any road imperfections, the wheels run true and smooth, and the eTap shifting is amazing! I’m looking forward to a multi-day trip in Scotland in May

Huge thanks to Mark, Viv and Christian at Epic, the communication before and during the build was perfect and the handover exemplary. I’m going to enjoy riding this bike for many years to come, and won’t hesitate to recommend Epic Cycles to anyone who wants a custom build.

What sets a good and bad company apart is how they deal with aftersales and support, this is where Epic Cycles excel above all others I've dealt with.

I recently noticed a problem with the frame on my Cannondale Supersix which I bought in 2019. I contacted Tom at Epic Cycles who dealt with the whole waranty claim on my behalf direct with Cannondale.

Cannot fault the good folk at Epic Cycles. I was a bit in trepidation of enquiring about a new bike with my non-existent knowledge of all things technical. I needn't have worried. Topstone Carbon 2 Lefty - Epic were fantastic to deal with over the phone and by email. I got the bike I wanted at a great price and travelled to the store to pick it up - well worth the journey and some great local roads to do a test ride on. The goody pack was an excellent extra. I would happily deal with this team again even though they are a 400 mile round trip for me - you can't beat great service and people.
