I slept very well now i dont want to get out of bed. Haveing lift up bed much easyer so put my bits in there too so my room my tidy now

Great product. Easy delivery collection of old mattresses. The delivery guys were so professional.

Only had the mattress for two weeks but so far so good. Sleeping very well, nicely firm and keeps me pretty cool. Absolutely love the duvet, which has multiple options for two sleepers, having different togs. Also like how I can seperate the duvet which will make washing it easier. Pillows are very comfortable too and have had no neck pain on waking since using them. For around £400 for a king size mattress, pillows and two duvets, I am really impressed. Delivered smoothly, too.

I already had the eve original mattress which I had had for 11 years so didn't hesitate in buying a replacement exactly the same .
Delivered in good time they took the old one and the other carefully laid out on the bed to settle which took 5 hours to get to size , this mattress is firm and helps my bad back so I'm getting a good night's sleep at last !

This is the second mattress that we have bought from eve. The comfort is excellent, delivery was quick and on time and communication from the seller was spot on.

Got my original eve back in 2016 and it has lasted great. I hadn't even considered replacing it but a hard-to-ignore offer lured me back to their website. I went for the Eve Premium and am so happy with it.

Overall, a very good experience, though not quite excellent due to a few issues that I understand can sometimes happen.

I first heard about EVE mattresses after my manager mentioned he had one and was very happy with it. I visited the website and found the Premium Hybrid mattress, which seemed ideal for my wife and me. I called EVE with a few questions and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I ended up placing the order online while still on the phone, which was smooth and reassuring.

However, one day before the delivery date, I received a call informing me there was a delivery issue and that my mattress would be delayed by about a week. I was quite upset, as I had planned my move into a new apartment around the delivery date, meaning I would have had to sleep on the floor.

I called EVE to explain the situation, and although it took some time, the team eventually provided an airbed so I had something to sleep on while waiting for the mattress to arrive, which I appreciated.

Now that I have the mattress, I can say it is excellent. I am quite a picky person, and I was originally considering spending around £1,200 on an Emma mattress. Honestly, the EVE mattress feels just as good, if not better, and at roughly half the price. It also comes with the same 10-year warranty, which makes it even better value.

If it was not for the 1 week delay for the delivery, it would be 5 stars.

Delivery in 7 days, great delivery team. Comfortable mattress. Only thing was mattress really smelt we had to leave it in a spare room for a week to let smell go away!

Ordering and delivery information was very good. The mattress feels fine, but to early to make a comment on the mattress, as only had for a week. The only down side to the mattress is the smell of the chemicals used in the manufacturing. Still there after a week, even with stripping the bed every morning. The information states that this can take up to three months to go. Which means a lot of bed stripping until it goes.

Ordering and delivery process was simple and straightforward, pre-delivery communication was excellent. The care information that comes with the mattress has good detail and the mattress itself, well, we’re 3 weeks in and it has made such a difference to our sleep, it’s so supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend Eve.

I decided not to keep my mattress in the end, because it did not really work in the space it was for, but dealing with eve was very easy for start to finish.
