Due to the complexity of our chain, they had to jump through many hoops, over a prolonged period, and they were fantastic throughout every step. She is absolutely amazing at her job. She looks at your case holistically and humanises it. It has been a stressful journey buying my first home but she was contactable all the way through it. Not once did she not pick up the phone to me. Her communication is impeccable. She advised me all the way through. Supported me when I hit stumbling blocks. She read the situation and predicted it and was ready with all paperwork and a plan B when I needed it. Emily has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish making the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From my initial consultation Emily took the time to understand my requirements and provided clear, straightforward advice and multiple mortgage options, explaining the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured and always felt like I was in capable hands.

Definitely recommend using Evolve. We were sceptical of using an IFA recommended by our builder, but glad we did. Both Jay and Lois have gone beyond and above to ensure we had very reliable advice through the process, helped us pick a lender and rate that worked for us, and worked with the lender to ensure we got a product that worked perfect for us. We have had a few hurdles in the process (vendor changing rates on the day we applied + solicitors raising concerns last minute about a term in the offer) that Jay and Lois worked on in a timely manner and with great urgency to sort, and we have successfully exchanged now.
Thank you both - we’ll definitely be renewing with Evolve.

Made contact at the start of May around 6 months prior to remortgage being required. Found Olivia quite rude and took some chasing to get the figures sent to me. Olivia was supposed to make contact in June but heard nothing - must have too much business and not a company with my interest at heart.

It’s a shame because Darren was brilliant when he sorted my mortgage out coming up five years ago.

Paul and Cailey recently supported me with my house move. They identified the best mortgage for me and were extremely prompt with all communication - I never waited longer than 24 hours for a response from either of them. They were understanding of my situation and very professional, they were really kind towards me and took the time to explain things in simple terms. Paul also set up meetings with myself and someone else to explain the process in greater detail and supported me to make the right decisions for myself. Paul and Cailey went above and beyond to chase solicitors to help my move go ahead. I’m very grateful to them both and look forward to working with them in the future when I need a mortgage. James manders and Luke were dealing with my application and made me lose all my 40k just kept on telling us next week and next week with out proper timeline we had to stay in airbnb and hotels and lost all our money and they did not bother to communicate or give us a time line and dragged our application for over 2 years and we are literally out of money and after they delayed my application they cancelled it and just let me go with my little on and my family on the street and hotel. Please stay away . Please stay away from them find another good company there are many. They dont care about the customer its more for the client and they use and abuse your money like crazy.

James and Lois worked incredibly hard to secure a mortgage for my daughter and I. During this stressful and time-pressured process they both kept all parties informed of the process which was especially important in our case. James was our initial contact and used his skills to obtain us the best deal given our circumstances, offering advice and clear instruction and often working at the weekend or on his days off. Lois handled all the subsequent documentation that became very involved, always phoning us both and following up in a timely fashion. She especially put up with our frustration when it seemed questions kept coming from the underwriters every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them both for being professional and pleasurable people to deal with, calm and capable. It’s been a very long time since I have needed a mortgage and dealing with them I felt I could trust and appreciate their knowledge and expertise. I hope Lois received great job satisfaction when she phoned to tell me our mortgage offer had been issued as I was very emotional! Without doubt if James and Lois had not been involved my daughter would have lost her house purchase opportunity.

Evolve FS stands out above others in terms of quality and efficiency and an overall A+ experience.
