I could not recommend Finematter more, their customer service and variety of brands are brilliant. I bought my wedding band and necklace through them and could not have been happier. The variety of brands is great and I have discovered many brands I never would have on my own through them. I have also sent jewellery into them to be fixed and was very impressed by the quality and speed of the service. I had them replate a 14K bracelet that is about 80 years old. They did a great cleanup and replate of it and the finish looks brand new again. Very shiny and smooth now.

Even though I live in a large city, I was unable to find anyone locally who would replate a ring for me. The Finematter website was easy to use, shipping via UPS was trouble free and my item was returned quickly. I had the 3 micron plating done and my ring now looks brand new. Very satisfied with this service and would use again.

I explained the type of Balearic style piece I was looking for ahead of summer holidays, and Siobhan sourced me a set of beautiful fresh water pearl earrings with a bohemian chunky gold sun twist which were not featured on the website, but that she sourced with ease from one of their brand partners. I received them the same week as I enquired. Every time I’ve shopped with them, I feel like their priority client. Purchased a white gold bracelet 2022. Weirdly it has stretched. Initially customer service were great in helping to have it altered back to correct size but it was returned not fit for purpose. They have removed half of one side of chain and none of other so it’s completely wonky, not balanced and looks rubbish. Have sent 3 emails asking for further help and have been ignored. Now have a bracelet I can’t wear.

Bestilte varen det var nemt og hurtigt men der gik lang tid inden jeg hørte nogen leverings tid. Måtte selv skrive og spørge hvordan det gik. Derefter var informationen rigtig fin. Varen er vel fremme i god behold. Har handlet her tidligere og handler gerne her igen.

CS are responsive and very helpful. I received my order in less than 2/3 working days from the date of purchase; not to mention: it was shipped from Hawaii to Europe. Someone please stop me from browsing the Finematter website ever again! I’m so pleased I discovered them - I traded in some old pieces I never wore and used the credit towards a wonderful pair of earrings by a Danish designer which I now wear everyday. Their customer service was fantastic throughout, keeping me updated about how my pieces were being evaluated and then sending the credit note through my account. I’m now looking forward to gathering some more pieces from my childhood home and being able to rewear them in a different, more modern way after I trade them in. Thank you so much!
