Order placed on 1st of June
Order placed on 1st of June. Stated 3-4 days delivery for personalised items and still haven’t received the order nearly two weeks later or received an update on the order progress. I have contacted customer service but no response. I now highly doubt I’ll receive in time (or even at all) for Father’s Day. Avoid like the plague.
Don't order
Placed an order for father's day. Website says 3-4 days delivery for personalised items. Still not received a dispatch notice so doubt I will now get it in time. Do not order if you want your item within 3 weeks. Ridiculous having to wait this long with no communication to say item has been delayed or anything.
Father's Day gift not arrived
Still have not received my Father's Day present which I ordered in plenty of time. I can't get any response from customer service and having seen other people saying the same thing I am now not even sure it will ever arrive! Thankfully I paid with Klarna so have some protection. I think they have over promoted on social media and can't keep up with demand! Shop elsewhere.
Nectar should not be partnering with scammers
Like very many others here, I placed an order in good time for a birthday. Weeks over the expected delivery date, no response to my emails, no products, and they still have my money!

I placed an order for a personalised Father's day gift nearly 2 weeks ago and it said I would receive it the early part of this week. I have emailed twice and still not received a response, I have also tracked the item and it’s not even stating despatched, this is really poor customer service and I expect I won’t see the item.
Still not received order…
ordered a personalised item 11 days ago, for Father's Day. I received an initial confirmation email but nothing since. Have had no correspondence and no reply to an email I sent. I now worry that I won’t receive this order at all, let alone for Father’s Day. Definitely would not recommend.
Completely unacceptable service …
Ordered an item on the 4th of June for father's day should of taken 2 -3 days it still hasn't arrived no updates and no response to emails I have sent numerous do not waste your money

Terrible - customer service is awful.Take ages to respond or ignore you completely depending on the platform you chase: I had to go through 4 different platforms to chase to get an answer - and when I had finally given up and bought an emergency present they dispatched it when I asked to cancel the order!! Will not be using again. AVOID!!
Haven't received my items! No customer service response
Haven't received my items over a week and half from purchase for Father's Day. No response from customer service email. Such a let down as I had previously checked reviews and seen they were stellar so feeling robbed now. Raising a dispute with my bank but not feeling hopeful. Don't buy from these cowboys

I placed my order on 1st June and it said on website 1-2 days for delivery plus 2-3 days if personalised. I was worried when I hadn't received it 8 days later, so I sent a message and it arrived on 11th June and I'm happy with my purchase👍

Ordered a personalised item 9 days ago, just in time for Father's Day. I received an initial confirmation email but nothing since. Had no correspondence and no reply to an email I sent. I now worry it won't arrive on time, if at all. Definitely would not use this company again

Awful communication
Ordered a special birthday gift 24 hours ago, paid extra for next day delivery- absolute lack of communication ie. 1 confirmation email, i now worry i won’t receive the order at all and i’ll have lost the money as well so frankly i’m scathing.

Dreadful. Ordered in plenty of time. Still hasn’t arrived and now I’m left without a birthday gift with no time to get something else. No real communication and generally just rubbish. First time customer here. Avoid like the damn plague
Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed! Ordered a personalised item for a friends birthday, shipping guide was 1/2 days plus 6/7 days for personalisation. Have waited nearly 3 weeks now and followed up twice by email with no response. Missed my friends birthday and still haven’t heard anything- appalling customer service (as in none whatsoever)

Ordered 17 Dec, apparently in time for Xmas. 4 items. Nothing delivered. Chased. Got an email 13 Jan that stated items were damaged and would resend. Many chases since. No goods, no refund. Do not buy from this company.
