Fun products, great customer service, but a little pricey!
I've used Firebox 3/4 times now and they've always been good. I like to look for fun or 'rude' items and it allows me to look around a huge selection. I would say some of the prices may be a little high for the quality, but nonetheless, the products are fun and worth it for a different gift. I did have an issue with my mini Henry The Desk Hoover and they resolved it quickly and sent out another quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Great service
My order arrived extremely quickly, the items were exactly as described. One item was faulty, I emailed customer service, had a response back resolving the issue and a replacement was sent. Excellent service!
Dreadful
Dreadful, ordered loads of items for Christmas, realised and read the reviews of I wasn't going to get them. Sorted alternative gifts, wasn't in a rush for these of firebox now. But just received an email I'm getting refunded, good job I'd maybe paid with PayPal. Never again.
Inability to deliver a personalised item in time for Xmas
Ordered a personalised item which was supposed to turn up tomorrow, only to be told today that they now can't fulfill the order before Christmas. But then only offering a 20% refund and still delivering it. Why would anyone want it after Christmas. Should be offering a full refund.
Very quick dispatch and delivery
Placed a last minute order 2 hours before the cut off for Christmas delivery according to their website (Tuesday, 17 December).
I upgraded my order to next day delivery - understanding that as I ordered at 10pm I wouldn't get it until Thursday.
Was a bit concerned when I didn't get a dispatch notice on Wednesday, however my package arrived on Thursday morning.
A genuinely positive experience.
Really dissapointed
Really dissapointed, a first time buyer from them and I won't be back. Ordered 7 items, they took payment straight away. 5 days later had an email saying the order had been despatched, then another email saying that 5 of the items were sold out!! I've now got less than a week before Christmas to find new gifts, thanks for nothing! Why advertise all over facebook if you can't fulfil orders??
Poor customer service
Ordered several gifts 8 days ago but no delivery confirmation after a couple of days so sent an email. Only just heard back to be told there was a glitch in their system which allowed me to order something that was sold out. Now a note to say the rest of the stuff would be sent soon but I lyna week until Christmas so no chance to replace item that was unavailable. Poor customer service so will not use them again.

Delays and missing items
Ordered items on the 14 Nov, and nothing... Chased up their customer service team twice and on the second occasion received an answer to why the delay, and a 10% refund (fair enough)... 4 weeks since ordering, my order arrived, well, some of it... Now I've had to contact them again and being a Friday, not expecting much this side of Christmas...
Have used Firebox before (a couple of years back) and had no issues... Looking at the reviews, they've gone downhill and be warned... You may fine a nice gift, you might receive it, you might not and if you do, it might take a bit of chasing up... Better providers out there, with better service, they'll be getting my business from now on....

I like firebox for gifts
I like firebox for gifts, but i don't like being forced to agree to have cookies. I'm sick of all the rubbish that ends up on my computer that i constantly have to delete . Stop forcing people to have cookies, as you probably share them with other companies, and it's MY ! info , and i don't want to share it thank you . There's enough scammers out there for us to deal with , without your company spreading our info for all to see . Because of the cookie issue and if i don't ! agree to it , it stops me from accessing your page so i can't buy anything ., which is your loss. Financially .
Beware: Next day delivery ETA more like 5 days
I placed an order at 11am and paid extra for tracked next day delivery which said needed to be placed before 7pm. The order was for gifts for our staff Christmas party. No dispatch notice received the following day so I contacted Firebox via their Whatsapp the following day at 14:24 and received a response at 20:17 saying an item was missing and then there was an error while processing. Provided a tracking code which would work the following day (today) which is a Friday. Royal Mail now have the package and we won't receive it until Monday so we have missed the party. To add insult to injury there was no form of apology in their message.
I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.
Item never arrived. Shocking customer service. Are they even trading still?
Ordered an item in November, money debited, no despatch notice and no item ever received! I have emailed and sent WhatsApp messages as per their guidance on the support page but all contact is completely ignored. This was a much needed Christmas gift. I guess I’ve lost my money! Please avoid. Your money will be debited and you don’t receive your order. I guess they know they can’t fulfil orders and choose to ignore customers seeking to chase their items.

Ordered 19 days ago , paid £3.99 for shipping. Money taken immediately. Still waiting on order.customer service promised to look into it and get back to me next day , that was 3 days ago…. Silence . I’ve used Firebox before and was OK which is why I used them again. There are a huge number of companies doing the same stuff so try them . Sad to see that firebox have just become another scam …take your money and don’t deliver or refund
Very short dated products, and unhelpful customer service
I recently bought two pouches of coffee from Firebox, but was extremely disappointed once delivered. The products arrived today, with an expiration date for end of November 2024. I had bought these as a Christmas gift, which will then be expired by the time they are gifted. I reached out to customer service, who told me that ‘When we see the best before date stamped on coffee packaging, this date will serve as a guideline for freshness and quality.’ Which I did not find to be helpful, or an acceptable response. If explained on the website that perishable items will be short dated, then I could understand. But I do feel as though I have been mislead with these products, and have basically been told to either keep and use the expired products or go to the hassle of returning. I will not be purchasing from here again. I ordered a card game within the same order, which also came with a damaged box. Not impressed at all, which is a shame as have not had issues in the past. I wouldn’t recommend.
Paid for next day delivery and waited…
Paid for next day delivery and waited well over a week! No delivery information sent after purchase. Emailed the company back and forth repeatedly asking for more information/tracking. The personalised glass ordered has come with a scratch in the font. The glass also being covered in glitter residue. Wont be using the website again, completely more hassle than it’s worth.
Don't Process Refunds
Can't believe this company are still trading with all the bad reviews.
Like many others, I ordered something that evidently wasn't in stock, not that their website stated that.
They happily let you order things but have no intentions of fulfilling the order. Very unprofessional.
I asked for a refund straight away but 8 working days later I still havent had my money back.
I keep having to chase for updates but strangely only ever get responses past 8pm?!
Based on other reviews it seems the only way you actually get your money back is to request refunds multiple times and publicly shame them. Shocking behaviour from a company.
My advice would be to listen to the bad reviews, they have a poor TrustPilot rating for a reason, buy from elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service
I contacted the customer service department following an issue I had with a night light we'd bought for our daughter.
I was emailed by a lovely guy called Cameron who went further than the extra mile to help resolve the problem for me. I was treated like an individual and not just another number on the screen. The problem was resolved really quickly and my daughter was over the moon with her new night light. Thank you again Cameron, you're a superstar #fireboxemployeeofthemonth
Product not received
I ordered from this company in December. I didn’t receive the product. I received a refund (although not a full one) through PayPal but received no correspondence about this. They did not respond when I reached out to them for confirmation about the situation.
