Great products, great price
Well saw an ad via instagram, and the price of the lego jigsaws were an absolute bargain £9.40, so just had to buy, and they arrived well boxed and didnt have to wait to long.
Great items and customer service
Good range of unusual and fun items. We had a faulty item delivered, but one email and it was resolved with no quibbles and the replacement was with us within 24hrs. I’ve bought from them lots of things over the years and found the service to be good, friendly and efficient.

i ordered from firebox first without seeing any reviews and only then i saw the reviews and got a bit scared. but firebox pulled through. all the reviews complained about the products not arriving is 2-4 days as it claims when you checkout but when u order something it should say the date it should arrive. to me it was the beginning of january but i got them today and in perfect state. great experience !
Decent service
Decent service. Don’t normally write too many reviews but quite a lot of negativity on here so thought I would. Delivery may have been a day later than hoped but it’s Xmas and sure they are flat out. Emailed them, they replied after a day and product was with me the day after. Good enough for me!

scam!!
Order from them in the past and were pleased with experience. Made another order of same personalized air fresheners. Several days after the order was placed, they notified us that a “glitch in their system” allowed us to place the order. They will not be shipping to us as they “do not ship to the US.” Been two weeks and they still haven’t refunded us. Avoid this scam company!!

Shocking service. I ordered a secret santa present 10 days ago that was due to be delivered in 2-3 days - 10 days later and no word from them, no tracking available as I assume its not even been dispatched and all my messages to them have been ignored

Ordered from Firebox for Christmas and unfortunately the delivery company lost my parcel. Firebox responded to my enquiry quickly & efficiently and issued a full refund. Great customer service.

Ordered a gift for Christmas, packaging came torn and crumpled, looked like a second hand present. Contacted customer service who wouldn't exchange it. Extremely poor and would not use again 😡

Be careful when ordering
Ordered an item that said was in stock and had 23 left
Now told the the item isn't in stock after buying it and told they don't know when it will be
Even thought their website says that the item is in stock
This was ment as a Christmas gift and now I have no idea of the item will arrive
in time
I have reached out to their support email twice hand have had no reply

Good Products - GARBAGE Service
Ordered the 'Sock Yourself' socks - they arrived with the wrong design and colour. I was asked to 'prove it' so I sent a picture of them. I've Emailed them four times since to ask if they're receiving my Emails and they've completely ghosted me. Now they are sat on my money. Great products; GARBAGE service. Firebox is amazing when all goes well, but a total dumpster fire when it doesn't. My Secret Santa is ruined because it no longer makes sense - Thanks a bunch, Firebox.
Oh - and to add to this sock tradegy, I now have socks with someone's personal data on them; just as some random has a pair of socks with my friend's personal data on them too...

Firebox are an untrustworthy company. You buy and pay for items then half an hour later they send you an email telling you the item is out of stock and you'll have to wait days and days for a refund leaving you out of pocket. They let me down 10 days before Christmas!
I have to now borrow money to buy another present because my money is sitting gaining interest in their bank account!
UPDATE - I purchased the same item on Amazon. NOW they send me a notification that the item has been posted, so now I have to wait even longer for a refund and go to the bother of standing in a queue to return it back to Firebox!

Ghosted by customer service while waiting a refund for faulty items
I have been liaising with Firebox for over a week now. I was advised by Dejan that I would be refunded for my x2 faulty items (lock for the whiskey escape game). This did not get refunded, then a lady called Sharon refunded me for the wrong item that I had sent back anyway. Since chasing I have been ghosted. I will be contacting trading standards due to the faulty item if the items aren't refunded and I will also be leaving reviews on the product on the website and online. I have sent several emails, a WhatsApp message as well as a message online. Their communication has gone from super responsive to non-existent.
I will also ensure Klarna cancels my purchase as I will not be paying for the faulty items.

Avoid like the plague
Paid over £70 for some Xmas stuff. Never received as Yodel lost my parcel, fine not their fault.
I told them what had happened with delivery company and they cancelled the order promising me a refund in 48h - this was the 1st Dec
For some reason the 'automatic refund' did not happen so I had to chase it again on 6th Dec.
They did process the refund manually they said but 7 days after I'm still waiting for it.
They are now ignoring my emails.
Edit: they refunded the money 17/12 after countless emails sent and ignored, persisting every day with the same question.

Order and paid for 28th Nov. Not received parcel have used tracking still with yodel from 2nd Dec. Yodel checked and advised me to contact seller. Numerous emails sent even asked for money back No answer to any. Checked tracking today guess what still same place. Customer service rubbish

They make it impossible to use any discount that they brag that they offer.
They collect your data but don't provide the discount they promise.
Delivery is extortionate.
I wouldn't trust firebox.
