Delivery was as advised and, on the day, very efficient.
The two delivery drivers were cheerful and obliging and took great care whilst bringing the two sofas into the house.

Excellent service
We were extremely well looked after by David Short. His knowledge was invaluable and we never felt rushed. He gave us plenty of time to decide on the design and colour and made the whole process a very pleasant experience.

Extremely rude customer service - POOR
Extremely rude customer service. Asking for assistance with a preferred courier to send back a rug and was sent 2 abrupt and snotty emails.
Product also didn’t arrive on time and was left, without my permission in the porch.

I have always given positive feedback when ever its due, but in this case I will make an exception.
What started out as a pleasant experience has turn into a painful, deceitful and obfuscated experience, turning this company into something it should not be....

I don't think this store is good…
I don't think this store is good anymore, we bought a carpet, but it turned out to be too small for us, we didn't use it, a day later we decided to visit the dealer and change it, to which we received a negative No, we can't do it, they said in a very rude way, and we are their respected customers and have bought a lot of furniture from them, it used to be a good store but definitely not now(

Excellent Service and Choice
Excellent, helpful and friendly service from David Short. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and what we might need to know about it.
The shop of course has a great selection of high quality and stylish furniture beautifully laid out.
Other staff were friendly whilst dealing with their areas.
Delivery was organised quickly too.

They sent the wrong unit and wouldn't…
They sent the wrong unit and wouldn't take it back, out of 3 units 2 was right one was the wrong size, they said i had to call the shop to arrange return.
I don't understand why they couldn't just leave it on the lorry and take it back

Just went looking for a love chair for our kitchen diner found one at a reasonable price was helped by Tony Bruce who couldn’t have been more helpfull and polite and patient with us great help will definitely be going back if we need any more furniture

Excellent service.
The delivery team were polite and efficient, taking care to protect flooring, etc. as they bought the furniture in and took it upstairs.
The furniture was delivered on the date arranged. I received a text giving me the time slot for delivery a day in advance. On the day, I received an update by text and a phone call before the delivery to let me know it was arriving in half an hour approximately. Excellent service. Thank you.

All of the staff were very polite and…
All of the staff were very polite and friendly. Paul Nicola was extremely helpful moving furniture around for me to try as I was recovering from a ruptured achilles tendon which made it awkard to get around the store. He made the buying experience relaxing and he couldn't do enough to make me comfortable.
