Wish Id never bought from them.
Wouldn’t trust this company with buying anything electronic again. Sofa is only three years and a month old. One side of the reclining feature has stopped working all of a sudden. Call the company as I know I paid for a 5 year extended warranty to be told that’s only for the fabric and because I’m past the three years buy only a few months they can’t help and I’ll have to find and pay someone else to repair it. Absolutely no help whatsoever (I need the reclining feature due to disability). I don’t think it’s a coincidence it stopped working just outside their 3 year limit either. Feel absolutely gutted as I’ve recommended them to others before and now wish I hadn’t. Will never recommend them again. Terrible customer service.

As our Customer Services team has explained, the electrical components of your sofa were covered by a three-year warranty, which has now expired. The additional five-year protection you purchased relates to the upholstery and does not extend the warranty on the electrical reclining mechanism.
Unfortunately, as the fault has occurred outside of the applicable warranty period, we are unable to cover the cost of the repair. We appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but the warranty terms and periods applicable to your purchase remain unchanged.

Delivery men called me and asked if…
Delivery men called me and asked if they could deliver earlier than expected on the day. Which was fantastic. They were prompt, courteous,tidy and considerate about protecting the floor and walls. They wore shoe coverings and put covers on the floor.
They took all packaging away with them. They put the feet and handles on the bedside cabinets and they look great.
A big shout out to all the staff at Fishpools and a big shout for Paul (for sure)and Desmond (I think) who delivered them. Thank you

Delivery but NO assembly of product even though paid for.
We bought & paid (over the phone) for a bed frame and mattress. We also paid for PREMIUM DELIVERY BEDS & MATTRESS which in the explanation of what it covers states “we will deliver and assemble your products in the room of your choice”. However there is very small print later that states “Excludes self assembly furniture” and so apparently doesn’t cover assembly of the bed frame ! This was not pointed out / made clear at the time of purchase so is VERY misleading. Despite questioning this with Fishpools after delivery - there was no acknowledgment by them that their delivery policy was vague and said one thing but did another ! No refund or share of delivery costs even offered as a refund - beware !!
