We have been extremely satisfied with fit3d customer service from the demo to subscribing to activation. We are excited to be able to offer this service to our clients.

I contacted support about switching who has access to my account and merging two accounts into one.
I received response very quickly!
And all issues were resolved surprisingly fast and easily!
Very impressed!

The scan was so easy. After the scan, I reached out for support twice and they were very responsive and helpful.

The scan was very interesting and informative to help me on my fitness journey.

Measurements clearly wrong, checked with a tape. Pseudoscience quakery at its worst.

Quite satisfied with the Fit3d product and support

The Body scan is very details and give a lot of neat information. I am thinking about doing one every 6 months or so to see progress/differences.
First, I did have to request some help to access the result and FIT3D was on top to assist me and resolve very fast my issue.
My recommendation, just do a scan, you will be amaze what you will learn about your body!

I have to say that the customer service was very good from the support team, I especially appreciate the speed and attention of Patrick Donnelly.

II joined a different fitness facility. My Fit3D scan profile was attached to my old location. I requested, via email, for my profile to be transferred or deleted to allow me to use my email address at my new facility. I received contact & resolution promtly...within 24 hrs!
