My flight (17 Dec 2019) was delayed for more than 3 hours. It was a sponsored flight by the client, so all contacts were not under my name. I went to the airport on the original departure time. Dropped my things and realized the flight was delayed. I was there like 2 hours before the original departure time.
So, I checked in my flight like normal, but I asked for the compensation for the delayed flight. The checked in staff said there will be food stamp (I didn't like it), I entered the departure area and went to their Nas Lounge for the compensation. The staff there, gave me access to the lounge. I was on economy class. But since, I said my situation and demanded for compensation, they gave me access or else it will be reported to GACA.
Nothing much to brag about the service of FlyNas, it was all expected for an LC, average service and average food. Nothing special to expect at all.
PS: Flynas has always delayed flights, so I suggest for flyers here in Saudi Arabia to demand for compensation even it is domestic flights.But be courteous, okay?
The worst flying experience I had
The worst flying experience I had. Two days before my scheduled departure, they rescheduled the flight to be over 10 HOURS later. Given the time change and that the flight was at 4 AM, I didn't see this until the day of.
As a result of this, I was late coming back for work and had to pay top dollar for an extra night at a hotel (booking so close in).
They then further said they would provide compensation both at the airport and later when I could call the customer service.
In short, the flight cost me more money than the ticket of the flight itself, and I was lied to repeatedly throughout the process. Avoid this airline. If you want to go to KSA for whatever reason, don't take this.

I booked a flight to Delhi from Istanbul with a stop of 2 hours in Ryadh. When I arrived in Ryadh, I just found that my next flight to Delhi was cancelled and I have to wait 13 hours in the airport for the next flight. I couldn't leave the airport as I didn't have the arabian visa and they didn't give as a bed or some lounge to stay, apart a meal for lunch and one for breakfast. We didn't have any other options apart to stay in the airport for 13 hours.That was absolutely awful! Avoid this company!
Flynas is the worst Airline
Supposed to be a low-fare airline. On the contrary, most expensive airline. Charges for seats and food. Never on-time. Customer Services takes at least 30-minutes to answer the phone. Hard to deal with.
Flights get cancelled frequently but Flynas never refunds or informs customer about how to get their money back.
Very poor exp.
I paid for premium seats, for me, my wife, and my son.
They gave normal seats, and in two areas, seprating me from my wife and kid.
Bad airline
Bad airline. They change or cancel flights two months after purchasing the ticket and one month before departure, so be careful. When you cancel your flight instead of returning the money to your credit card it gets added to your account credit on their website to be used later.
