Treated rudely by the check in manager Said Abdullah. Was not permitted onto my flight with false claim that I need a visa. (Which I of course did not need, after getting tickets from another airline). Also the online checkin did not work and all of the customer support is handled via a useless whatsapp robot.
Avoid this airline!

such unprofissional , unpolit , and rude company with untrained staff, they have changed the timing of my flight , and the only option they have is to give you credit in this waste unprofissional company , when insisted on my request, the only reply i got from them is terms and conditions applies , i requested them to send me the specified terms and conditions when they change the flight timing which they have surely failed to do , he great man Mohammed from customer service kept copying and pasting three sentenses that he wrote for me and then decided to ignore me and close the chat.
please do not put your self in such a risk and do not fly with them , they are very far away from being a bus transfer company not a flight company.

Glitchy website, glitchy application and glitchy process. I did the online check-in through website, after completion the website downloaded a pdf file which is unable to open as it is corrupted file. Neither the boarding pass is showing in my account and also there is no way to get the boarding pass through website as it shows that the online check-in process is already completed.
Terrible booking experience online on their website
Really terrible service during my flight from Riyadh to Jeddah a few days after Eid holidays. Their actual ticket booking experience online is terrible. They harass and trick you into add-on that you have to opt out of every time you go to the next page. Even online check-in has an additional 'cost'.

I've flown with this budget airline a few times and have generally had a nice experience. Despite being a cheaper option, the flights have been comfortable and the service has been satisfactory. Overall, I am happy with my experiences with this airline

The worse airline I have flown ever. They overbooked the flight and wouldnt refund the ticket. I called and stayed on long hold times and email over and over without a single response.
Don’t look at how cheap the price is. It’s cheap for a reason. Stay AWAY. You have been warned. I won’t make that mistake again.

Worst experience ever I had with airline which was flynas … never choose to fly for International travelling
Last month on 2nd Feb 2023 I had booked Night 8:40 pm flight flynas XY-321 from Riyadh to Mumbai airline no is Y3B9PE O got very worst experience throughout this journey and I’m always travelling but this was first time I had this experience…. Which flight I had taken that crew members was very very rude they didn’t mention it if we need anything please press the button and for ordering food also we need to call them by pressing button I was not knowing about it I thought they are asking individually to everyone as I was booked this flight very first time even if they announced I couldn’t here but the person who was sitting next to me without pressing button one crew member continues coming to him and asking him so I thought May be they will take my order but nobody attend me I was too much hungry in the flight I’m diabetic case I need to eat something I got angry and I went to crew member side and ask them about some food to eat they told me everything Finish and nothing is left to give me then I asked at least give me some juice then they asked for 7 riyal you need credit card we don’t have change if your having cash then only you can get the one of the crew member said to me then I was searching for change finally I got some juice later I was too tired thought to rest but one of the crew member one air hostesses was continuously talking with the boy means who was passenger seating next to me and everyone around my seat got disturbed she sat down their in the flight and was talking with that passenger almost 1 and half hour which is very irritating nobody stoped her in flight This is very bad experience I had please look into it and take some serious action on that crew member thank you 👍

Worst service ever, I checked in online and went to boarding 15vmins prior, staff didn't let me in , while I was with family . Staff behaviour was extremely rude and they said shut up and get out.
No refund/ accommodation was provided. I talked with every one from managers to online support.

I booked flynas without checking…
I booked flynas without checking reviews. I have been travelling internationally with many airlines , more than 14 years experience but never come across such bad experience . Thank god i was without family.
All flights landing at new delhi except flynas ( giving bad weather excuse)
All passengers were frustrated at airport at riyad . No flynas staff at airport. Airport staff keep talking without any solutions. After 20 hours delay finally passengers were agitated, requested airport management to talk to flynas and make alternate arrangements. No hotel provided to passengers ( whole night sleeping on chair) .
Instead of calling flynas manager, riyad airport authorities called police and threatened all passengers to keep quiet or detained.
Horrible experience being hostage . Worse part is it’s happening every day with flynas still authorities are not taking action against flynas .
Never travel with flynas . Bad police experience at saudia airport.

Total disgrace and disgusting airlines ground staff
Was planning to visit Saudi when something came up and I had to go to Dubai first so booked a flight with flynas via their website then the nightmare started. At first the online checkin gave an error thaty documents are not correct and aksed me to call the Customer service to check in manually after half an hour if listening to the terms and conditions on the phone literally they read all terms and conditions for 20 min before you get to an agent. Then i got this very shy Saudi girl who i barely could hear who asked for booking reference and details but guess what she couldn't check me in and said only at airport i check in and said there are desks for flynas and i dont have to leave the terminal. When i arrived at terminal 2 and i wanted to transit to three the airport staff told me its closed but they were friendly enough to amke sure i get to terminal three arranged a bus and called flynas that im coming and they said yes we can check him in and he can fly. So arrived at flynas the ground staff found out that I'm Yemeni and totally changed his mind and told me you can't fly on this you are late although there still an hour. And ask me to book a new flight thinking ill say no . So i said no problem book me on the next flight one hour later then he said no you will have to wait till the morning i said not in your wildest dreams. I just walk to the airport staff and said to send me to terminal 2 or ill just take visa on arrival to jus go in and sleep until i get a flight the n xt day. That groubd stuff was so rude racist arrogant towards people. A total disgrace and should be fired from his position. Anyways this airlines sucks i would never ever fly again with them never will recommend anyone to use their despicable service. Avoid and used reputable airlines or you will regret

WORST EXPERIENCE & WORST FLIGHT
I didn't get my luggage till now. It's been a week. Very poor service. I am trying to contact airport authorities but they are not receiving my call. Now what m I suppose do ? All my clothes and books were there in my luggage! I just had 1-2 set of clothes in my hand bags.I came to india for my grandmother’s funeral and for short time till now I didn’t get my luggage bags back. How am I suppose to book return tickets now. I will not at all recommend anyone to fly through flynas airlines.
