delay delay before 30 min from exect time of flight so no have to choice go cancel or change the solution is only wait wait long wait. And the flynas staff also dnt know how to refund the money . Flight cancelled last mim. A total waste of money and time!!!

My flight was cancelled last min causing me unnecessary stress and waste of time and ruined my plans.

To make the matters even worse. I didn't get any refund on the flight that was cancelled by Flynas.

I booked with another airlines and paid again, travelling with complete peace of mind.

Not flying with flynas ever again.

I was called the night before my flight…

I was called the night before my flight by flynas office telling me my premium booking was canceled because they had to change the plane I agreed because I did not want to arrive late. The flight was at 20:20
But as usual, there was a delay, and finally, we boarded a lion air plane
Flynas have been plagued with delays, careless staff and an app that suddenly stopped working as well
I will never flying on this airline again and you should avoid it at all cost
I was supposed to be in Jeddah by 22:00 but only made it by 23:20
And has been everyone's experience just go on Twitter and the anger and dissatisfaction by everyone who had to use Flynas

completely baad company

completely baad company . i don't reccemend anyone to get in . we arrived 50 mins before flight takes off and they did not let us in even we were only with hand baggage . they obliged us to pay 1060 riyals to change the flight . absolutly aweful . it is a scam be aware guys . and we realized that day the flight did a delay about 45 mins more .... so we arrived early . they could easily let us gooooo. sooo baaad this company .

A company that does everything to get…

A company that does everything to get your money. We arrived 55min before flight at the check in counter for an internal flight. They didn't accept to let us in. They made us pay around 800 riyals to change flight!!!!! They frequently have their flights late and we never complain, they should pay us for that!!!!

I want to free a complaint about the crew, especially the hostess, from me, Ahmed egyptian nationality when we found bad treatment, insult, and ridicule when we entered the plane and verbally assaulted my son and accused him of carrying american citizenship and so on. As soon as we boarded the plane and threatened and terrorized by expulsion which affected our safety and our private business for more than 24 hours in Jeddah airport hall one and reported that there are no safety standards for the plane that affect our safety in people's airlines and the lack of professionalism of the crew accompanying the trip

Flynas flights are generally good and I am generally pleased with it, However, RECEIVING CUSTOMER SUPPORT service through phone or whatsapp is extremely bad. It is useless and can never get anyone to answer on the phone or get any useful interaction on whatsapp. It has one single automated response that is very useless.

I would rate the CS service less than one star, if the website allowed it. Sorry for being very frank.

Avoid this airline at all cost

Avoid this airline at all cost. Not only is it always late. But also 0 customer service. They put you on hold for more than 15 minutes and still don't answer. And if you listen to them and try to contact them on social media, they send you and automatic message telling you to call. Absolute nightmare. They cancel my flight then they make me book another flight that is 1000 riyal more expensive. My original flight was 640. Now it's 1640. They're whatsapp is also useless because they just tell you to call the same number that they never answer.

Two bad experiences in 1 month

I travelled from Jeddah to Dubai on 24 Dec 2021, the flight was overnight and delayed for about 5 hours. On reaching Dubai, found my bag torn and the TSA lock broken! (Photos are available). I realized the event after leaving the airport and because of the delay happened and lack of sleep, I did not return back to the airport but wrote a complaint on their website. I did not get a reply.
On 26 Jan 2022, I came from Cairo to Jeddah on same airline. I asked the crew for panadol ( paracetamol) or any analgesics, they said “we don’t have!” and left me in pain without doing anything or even empathy.

With widely wise experience

With widely wise experience in traveling on all Saudi airlines. Flynas is the best in terms of several important factors such the On Time Performance and continues improvement in other areas like seating spaces. Flynas has truly deserved Skytrax award as the Best Low Cost Airline in the Middle East for the past 3 consecutive years. All the best.

Most unprofessional and unhuman company I have dealt with and will never use them again, Worst ground team I have ever seen

Worst company and very bad ground team, I was one of the unfortunates, taking an airplane from Riyadh to Cairo. First my previous flight was cancelled and I was alerted by an SMS thanks god and the next flight was on the xy-265 flying on the 15 of Feb to Cairo, as we are already on the terminal they stopped boarding the airplane, they kept us standing inside the terminal, with very poor ventilation during corona, and the TCC declared that "According to the orders of the Government flights has been cancelled due to security reasons" everyone panicked as KSA airports are known to be attacked by missiles from Yemen, and the strange thing is that they kept us inside the terminal. With children and old people, the TCC didn't leave to that he started to scream at people as he knows that they are poor workers and they can be intimidated, when I asked why are we standing here he screamed at me and said that he will call security for me because I am against the GOVERNMENT orders. I told him please get security and the TCC asked me for my PASSPORT. I refused to give it and he didn't get the security, after that they unchecked us from the airplane and we were waiting in the hall again and this man disappeared but his boss in a suite kept terrorising people literally terrorising people, and screaming at them as it was their mistake that the airplane was late.
lowest kind of people I Have dealt with them will never be in this airline again as it really promotes hate and lack of culture and basic understanding of customer service.

Hope this email finds you well

I have been using this airline quite frequently as you people are always very considerate and your costumer services are remarkable.

Due to this ongoing COVID pandemic people all around the world are facing financial difficulties and most are now jobless.

I am on a visit visa in KSA.we travelled on the 20thNovember 2020 with my 3 sons vis flynas.As at that time your flight schedule was not available for the year 2021 so we people have booked the return flight for 29th December 2020 as it was the requirement to be in possession of a return ticket to travel on a visit visa.

Keeping in mind that we will change the dates for the next half of the year 2021.but the schedule was not given by flynas and in December our status was shown "as no show"

With no considerations of change of dates.

It is my humble request to please reconsider our case as my husband is facing alot of financial restrains and we are facing economic crisis 

I request you to please change our return ticket dates for the month of August 2021

An esteemed organisation like yours I am very hopeful for a kind and humble reconsideration

Flug annuliert, auf und davon...

Flaynas stornierte meinen Flug 31.03.2020 Kairo - Rhijad - Neu Delhi. Ich wurde über die Stornierung nicht informiert. Keine Reaktion auf Emails. Keine Reaktion auf Telefonanrufe. Keine zuständige Person am Flughafen Kairo. Keine Erstattung meiner Zahlung.

Ich habe meine Kreditkartengesellschaft informiert und nur über Chargeback mein Geld zurückerhalten. Die Fluggesellschaft selbst hätte mich verhungern lassen und mit meinem Geld Party gemacht.

Später im Juni hatte flynas einen Whatsapp-Chat für Kunden eingerichtet. Die Chatperson schrieb mir, dass es nur Gutscheine gäbe. Was für ein Quatsch.

Danke an VISA, dass ich mein Geld zurück erhalten habe.
