Ho acquistato lo stendino per il mio balcone costituito da parapetto in cemento sul sito viene riferito che può essere installato anche su balcone con parapetto in cemento, ma purtroppo non è così lo sconsiglio vivamente ho dovuto mio malgrado modificare l'ancoraggio.
La manifattura è ottima è molto leggero lo consiglio prevalentemente per ringhiere tonde e rettangolari.

Bizzare products where no matter what size you buy it's the same price £200. We only needed the small 88cm rack but it costs the same as one double the size. Both are hugely overpriced. Someone else has already mentioned the ridiculous assembly. Unacceptable for such an expensive item.

A distanza di anni scrivo la seconda ottima recensione su Foxydry perchè mi hanno nuovamente assistito con rara efficacia, velocità e gentilezza. Mi servivano i due pezzi di plastica che permettono di richiudere su stesso lo stendino, sono pezzi che è normale che con il passare del tempo si rompano ma quello che è unico è ritrovarli e averli disponibili entro pochissimi giorni dalla richiesta effettuata tramite semplice email. Questa livello di assistenza permette di continuare ad utilizzare il bene nella sua completezza di funzionalità anche dopo anni dall'acquisto. In un mondo dove siamo sempre più spesso costretti a ricomprare e sostituire invece che riparare l'assistenza di Foxydry la considero veramente straordinaria e fuori dal comune

Mon colis a été perdu, il devait etre livré fin juillet 2026. Nous sommes en septembre et toujours aucune nouvelle de mon colis, certainement perdu. Evidemment, j'ai envoyé divers messages (au nombre de 4) puis volontairement, je ne les ai plus recontacté spour voir jusqu'à quel point ils auraient la désinvolture d'ignorer mon dossier. Je dois vous avouer qu'ils dépassent mes prévisions. Je pense que sans message de ma part, ils se contenteraient d'encaisser mon règlement et me reconduire de message en message en "m'assurant que nous nous en occupons, soyez patiente". Ce traitement de la clientèle est totalement inadmissible et à la limite de l'escroquerie. Le service clientèle a ses réponses toutes prêtes pour endormir la clientèle et ne fait rien. Des escrocs et/ou des incapables.
A ce jour, je n'ai été ni livrée, ni remboursée, ni dédommagée.

Non ho potuto scrivere la mia recensione sul sito Foxidry perché l ho acquistato parecchi mesi fa, ma installato da pochi giorni, perché stavo ristrutturando. Dovrei trovare bonifico e non so se ho la ricevuta. Va be lo stendino é inconsistente e quando stendo le lenzuola per il peso si piega tutto in avanti. Se fosse stato di poco prezzo ok , ma così non lo accetto. Il prezzo non vale il prodotto. Mi dispiace perché lo avevo comprato con entusiasmo e non volevo bucare la ringhiera.

Just finished installing a FoxyDry wall mounted dryer fo my mother. Its seems to be well designed, sturdy and should work fine, although time will tell. My issue is with the installation process and instructions - I would suggest that anyone who does not have at least average DIY skills will struggle. As with so many of these type of products today, Foxy dry requires self-assembly - its not to help us consumers, but to save labour in the factory and packaging and shipping costs. It could easily be shipped fully assembled, in which case all you would have to do to attach to the wall would be to drill 4 holes and screw in screws. But no, you have to put it all together - a process that will take at least an hour. Also the instructions are rather poor - fels like they are translated to English using Google Translate and the diagrams are not great. I have assembled many IKEA products over the years and they have very clear, simple, step by step instructions - not the same with Foxydry where you are struggling to understand what they really mean and how to intepret the diagrams! There are other minor niggles - for example you need a spanner to tighten a nut at one point, but none provided so you have to make sure you have one (small) that fits. Altogether a rather frustrating couple of hours installing when it could have been a lot simpler with a pre-assembled product or better instructions and tools. Will not be buying again!

Had my Foxydry Pro installed a few days ago.

I've purchased the Pro 160 version, really very happy with it so far. It holds very heavy bedding ( Kingsize Quilted Throw & King size Duvet)

I've tried tshirts, jeans, socks, jumpers too. Which have all dried relatively quickly. Took about a few hours.

It's so much cheaper to run than a tumble dryer. (the cold air fan costs 1p per hour, hot is about 10p)

It's a great alternative for those who live in flats or houses who are limited to space.

Or want to have an indoor washing line, instead of placing all your clothes on radiators.

When pressing up once, it will take your clothes up to the top same goes for when pressing down.

it has sensor which tells it when to stop at the top as well as the bottom.

However, you can pause the height at any point. I haven't got the obstruction detection to work though.

It takes about 30 seconds to raise up or down. 4 minutes on a full load. (according to the manual)

For anyone worried about using it on a drywall / drywall ceiling, you need to fix it to the wall studs / beams.

You can also install it on to drywall with brackets which are extra.

It has a built in LED light for you too see in a dimley lit area. The light is very bright & it would be great if dimming it was an option or change it to a dim yellow.

The noise when lowering or raising isnt too intrusive. (very sensitive to sound)

The fans sound like white noise that some people such as myself use to sleep to. So it's calming instead of like a mechanical werring noise.

The instructions are a little complicated, but nothing a bit of trial & error won't fix.

It's a Radio Frequency (433hz or there abouts) remote which means it doesn't require a line of sight.

Which is great You can control it from 2 rooms away.

As it's RF you can buy either a Broadlink RM / Bond Bridge - These control RF devices.

So you can control it from your phone, with some customisation you can get it to work via voice.

Home Assistant has a Foxydry via Hacs integration.

Customer service is great too. Emailed back the same day.

I've had a few dryers prior (heated / clothes horses) to this one & it's hands down the best one I've had.

Het balkon droogrek van FoxyDry besteld, en super blij mee! Mooi, stevig materiaal. Heel fijn dat ik hem twee kanten kan uitklappen en dat hij daarna weer netjes ingeklapt kan worden naar beneden. Je ziet hem daardoor nauwelijks! Er kan behoorlijk wat was aanhangen, dus de prijs was het zeker waard! Fijn dat er ook een instructievideo was, die vonden we net iets handiger dan het boekje. Zou dit zeker aanraden!

El diseñador es un genio. He sustituido el compas (creo se llama así) y sin grandes dificultades.

Además de los problemas de hombros de mi mujer, veo a diario problema del “manguito o cofia de rotadores. Todo trabajo que implique hacerlo por encima del nivel de los hombros es un trabajo “penoso”. Incluiré en mis recomendaciones usar su tendal (soy traumatólogo).

Se rompió el mecanismo a los dos meses y como estaba en garantía, en un mes me enviaron el repuesto. La verdad que una empresa así se agradece.

I have had several of the drying racks. So good. I now have the extra large ceiling dryer with warm fan for drying. It’s exceptional. So happy. I do not know how we managed without one.

Non consiglio questo marchio, lo STRAconsiglio. Ho avuto la necessità di sostituire due tubi, e me li hanno spediti con una attenzione al cliente direi unica. Hanno addirittura atteso che rientrassi dalle ferie per concordare la spedizione, e non è stato necessario che li ricontattarmi, perché l'assistente con la quale mi sono interfacciata ha tenuto nota della data del mio rientro. E il tutto è avvenuto via mail. Azienda veramente seria e realmente attenta al cliente

Servizio assistenza disponibile ed efficiente. Ho avuto un problema con alcuni tubi del mio stendipanni e mi sono stati prontamente sostituiti.
