Wij hebben de foxydry (de handmatige…
Wij hebben de foxydry (de handmatige plafondversie) nu ongeveer een maand in gebruik. Het is een mooie, ruimtebesparend wasrek maar het gebruik in de praktijk valt ons erg tegen. Het wandrek is niet geschikt voor zwaardere kledingstukken zoals spijkerbroeken of truien, ook als je onder de 10 kg in totaal blijft (dit maximale gewicht staat aangegeven op de website). Met zwaardere items komt het rek - ook als je het gewicht goed verdeelt - al snel een beetje scheef te staan. Dan stort het rek bij het optakelen naar beneden. Het rek is wel geschikt voor wat kinderkleding of lichte t shirts maar hier hebben we het rek niet voor gekocht. Dit staat niet op de website vermeld wat wij een tegenvaller vinden. We hebben dit aangekaart bij de klantenservice. Die geven toe dat het rek inderdaad niet geschikt is voor zwaardere items maar bieden slechts een kleine korting aan op het duurdere model. Dit vinden wij uiterst teleurstellend.

bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen.
Het spijt ons te lezen dat de Foxydry Mini in de praktijk niet volledig aansluit bij uw verwachtingen en bij het type wasgoed waarvoor u het product gebruikt. De Mini is ontworpen als een ruimtebesparend plafondwasrek met een maximaal draaggewicht van ongeveer 10 kg, maar we begrijpen uit uw feedback dat bepaalde zwaardere kledingstukken, zoals natte jeans of dikke truien, in uw situatie voor problemen kunnen zorgen bij het optakelen, ook wanneer het totale gewicht beperkt blijft.
We hebben uw melding serieus genomen en ook intern doorgegeven, zodat we kunnen bekijken hoe we de informatie op onze website nog duidelijker kunnen maken voor toekomstige klanten.
Zoals ook per e-mail besproken, konden we de retourzending helaas niet meer accepteren omdat de retourtermijn verstreken was en het product al in gebruik was genomen. Toch hebben we geprobeerd om u tegemoet te komen met een commerciële oplossing voor de overstap naar een elektrisch model, dat beter geschikt kan zijn voor zwaarder wasgoed.
Het spijt ons dat ons voorstel voor u niet voldoende was. We blijven uiteraard beschikbaar mocht u de situatie toch nog verder met ons willen bespreken.

Foxydry Pro Review
I bought a Foxydry Pro and it was installed about a month ago. It works well, is strong and robust, and looks as if it will last a long time.
Two minor points:
Delivery was a little slower than expected, so make sure you order well in advance of it being fitted
The electrical cable needs a spacer between the unit and a solid ceiling or (preferably) routing behind a plaster ceiling.

Prodotto eccellente, ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente con il motore che faceva uno strano rumore . Ho contattato l'assistenza che a parte la gentilezza e la disponibilità, mi ha inviato un motore di ricambio gratis con tanto di video per la sostituzione nonostante fuori garanzia.Che dire serietà e disponibilità non se ne trovano tante ditte così serie . Foxy dry da consigliare a chi non vuole avere stendino in giro per le stanze , è un prodotto veramente valido.

7 year old Foxydry Air …
We purchased our Foxydry Air 7 years ago, during which time it has operated fault free. Then, a couple of months ago, the rightmost scissors lifting mechanism started to get a little noisy. A few weeks later one of the aluminium strips actually snapped. I investigated and discovered that, when our builders had installed the unit, they had not correctly re-connected two small metal strips. Over time the mechanism must have come under stress, until eventually it failed.
I looked online hoping that there me some spare parts, but none were listed, no surprise really. Not wanting to throw the towel in, I then used the online Foxydry chat facility to seek help. They suggested I send some photos and description, that they could send on to their technical department. This I did and next day I received a response. Regretfully they could not send two replacement small metal strips, but they could supply a complete full height scissor arm. The cost was extremely reasonable and I immediately agreed to make the purchase, paying next day. Just 6 days later, Fedex delivered the parts to me in the UK.
I found the installation instructions online (one of the clearest set of instructions I have ever seen, brilliant) and installed the replacement arm the same day in less than 2 hours. Our unit unit is back in operation, ‘good as new’ and it would not surprise me if it continued to run for another 7 years.
If Foxydry had been unable to supply the spare parts, we were more than happy to purchase a new Pro model replacement. There is no way we were going to live without their drier.
So we’ll done Foxydry for, 1) producing such an excellent product 2) dealing with my enquiry so quickly 3) being able/willing to supply me attractively priced spare parts. Most companies ‘milk’ their customers with their spare parts pricing, but not Foxydry. Five star plus.

Non soddisfacente
Acquistato modello duo con kit per ringhiera rotonda. Assolutamente sconsigliato a chi ha ringhiere rotonde, non tiene e si piega se si utilizzano i fili piu’ “sporgenti”, inutilizzabile nonostante le istruzioni di montaggio siano state seguite alla lettera. Ho chiesto aiuto all’ assistenza clienti senza alcun successo.

Il kit per ringhiere tonde è stato progettato per garantire stabilità su profili compresi tra 40 e 65 mm di diametro, ma se nel tuo caso qualcosa non ha funzionato come previsto, vogliamo approfondire per capire cosa sia andato storto.

Fantastisk kundservice som snabbt svarade på frågor efter köpet och dom skickade ut 2 stycken täcklock som saknades i leveransen samma dag som jag var i kontakt med dom om det.
Stort plus att dom har kundservice på väldigt många språk.

The customer service was great. In my haste to get the racks assembled AI misplaced the magnets and wall plugs. In dispair I contacted the customer service and the company sent about a fresh set of parts and even paid the postage to Sydney Australia. A great company and much appreciated. I am also very happy with the quality of the product and the design. Thank you Foxdry!

Stendibiancheria Foxydry DUO (202 cm)
Acquistare su Internet o in negozio è sempre un problema, perché non c’è certezza che le promesse saranno mantenute.
Dopo aver valutato diverse offerte di stendibiancheria da balcone ho scelto Foxydry DU0 perché il sito permette di apprezzarne caratteristiche e funzionalità, che potrebbero sfuggire al Cliente. Ho fatto l’ordine sul sito e ricevuto il prodotto in pochi giorni. Il montaggio è stato molto semplice anche per gli attrezzi di montaggio presenti nella confezione. Ho utilizzato lo stendibiancheria trovandolo facile da usare nella soluzione aperto verso l’esterno/ interno, richiuso. Ho dovuto ricorrere all’assistenza tecnica per un uso non corretto dello stendibiancheria da aperto verso l’esterno a richiuso, che in pochi giorni ha spedito il ricambio.
Le mie conclusioni sono che consiglio l’acquisto del Foxydry DUO, perché ha innovato le prestazioni del “prodotto stendibiancheria” per qualità e funzionalità; per il servizio assistenza clienti.

Si quieres devolver un producto,el servicio de devolución es pésimo.
Lo tengo que devolver por mí cuenta o si quiero que me lo recojan debo de pagar 29€,nada contenta con el servicio postventa.

Prodotto e azienda consigliatissimi
Ho acquistato uno stendibiancheria da parete e dopo qualche anno di utilizzo si è rotta la frizione. Ho contattato l'area clienti e in pochissimo tempo mi hanno inviato il ricambio, senza nessuna spesa a mio carico, nonostante il prodotto non fosse più in garanzia.
L'azienda è stata seria e veloce nella risposta e nell'invio del pezzo.
Consiglio il prodotto per l'ottima qualità e la loro efficiente assistenza in caso di bisogno.
