We visited Fraser Hart in Peterborough. We were looking for a ring for a landmark birthday for my wife. Samuel in the store was fantastic, he really took the time to discuss what we were looking for and gave ourselves excellent advice. Samuel did not put any pressure on to make a quick decision, which was also appreciated. I would recommend a visit if you are looking for something special and want to make your purchase a great experience. Thank you Samuel.

Shopping for engagement rings in bluewater with no joy until we walked into this branch. Katie was incredibly attentive and couldn't have been more helpful in finding our perfect ring. She wasn't pushy like others and also knowledgable about the products on offer. The other staff were also genuinely friendly and we are thankful for a great experience start to finish. This will be our first choice for any future jeweller shopping!

The repair of a wedding ring and favourite earing was undertaken smoothly with the cost very reasonable and explained fully. The time taken to complete the repairs was very reasonable and collection of the items went smoothly with a very pleasant meeting with the staff. Were delighted with the service and will return if need anything in the future.

Purchased what we wanted but still waiting on receipt and details of the purchase, with zero response to my emails.

I have to give your Solihull branch 10/10 Mo and Tj were amazing they made the whole experience of looking for engagement rings a memory forever something most shops don’t give these days , and with such a special occasion this is so important , we visited multiple places but returned to purchase from them.

After looking in the store window I was invited in by the assistant Rosa who was very helpful , I was made very comfortable during my purchase without any pressure to buy . My experience was very pleasant and left fully satisfied with a lovely pair of gold earrings .

We were not hurried into making a decision, the team were polite and very helpful.

Perfect service from the staff in the Fraser Hart Peterborough store. I had an issue with a necklace chain purchased from there a couple of years ago. Sam was able to sort it out immediately. Another staff member, (whose name I didn't get), also took the opportunity to clean the diamond pendant belonging to the necklace. Nothing was too much trouble. Great, expert, efficient and friendly service, just like every time we have ever visited this shop. I would not hesitate to recommend the staff and this shop for your jewellery needs! No need to go anywhere else!

Purchased a Fraser Hart 9ct Tri-Colour Crossover Plain Dress Ring for my wife for our 50th wedding anniversary. Three-golds crossover bands. Very pleased with it, but closer examination behind the bands revealed they are hollowed out ('U' shaped profile), and not so solid as they appear.
I'm disappointed that they are not the quality they promised, and it's left me with a 'hollowed-out' feeling.
I looked to post a review on their website, but couldn't find any reviews or a review option.

Ciara at Worcester was so helpful and whilst they didn’t have item we wanted in stock, she went out of her way to source it. Not only that she matched the online price. We have bought several watches with Fraser hart and this is why. Such helpful, professional and friendly staff.

I went into Fraser Hart to look at the Oris New York limited edition for the second time and was greeted by Aiden and the rest of the staff as if we were old friends. After having a lovely chat Aiden I bought the watch which I am more than happy with. Keep up the good work Aiden.

Not sure if discounts could be more for some prestige watches.... no wriggle room at all considering I have purchased many top watches over last few years.

Fraser Hart is my go to Jewelers. They have a great selection and I can always find something I like. All the staff are amazing. Jo who I dealt with was really helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and she wasn't pushy in anyway. I recommend these to anyone.

The staff at the shop in solihull are amazing, very professional knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend this shop for all your jewellery and watches
