cannot get in contact with anyone over the phone and account is now locked so I am unable to make a payment. Horrible service do not recommend. I will be leaving other reviews to notify people of their poor business practice. If you have not please google their class action lawsuit

I was given a credit limit of over $1000. I paid the bill on time every month most monthly bill averaging about $300. However, because I did not utilize the entire credit limit, it was lowered to $250. At the time my bill was a litter over $300. Lowering the credit limit to $250 caused me to be over the credit limit. Therefore, Fuelman could charge me an over the limit fee for each day over the $250 limit.

Awful. As other reviews state, if you are a second late, they will charge 18+% late fee. In addition to numerous other charges. We were charged $1,227.58 for additional random fees. Insane. I immediately cancelled our account.

Don’t Do it. The worst company ever. The charge you all kind of fees without letting you know. Also their system was down and the representative reassured me that my payment would not be late that it will process on time just to find out 2 to 3 months later that they charge me late fees of $75. Called Customer Service to complain and told them to go back to the recorded call and she just told me there’s nothing she can do. That’s just horrible customer service. They don’t care. Don’t set your business up for failure with this company. Go with another company for your gas card

Just received a monthly statement with $900 worth of fees. This company charges different fees without warning and are very expensive. I could see if they charged interest every 30 days for carrying a balance. Even that would be cheaper than these fees. But their balance is due within 10 days. So you can't even carry the balance.

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE! They have angry, rude, and obnoxious representatives who get off on being disrespectful. Issues can't get resolved because some of the representatives are incapable and unwilling to provide even mediocre customer service. Instead of being professional they are ghetto (specifically Liz and Kala) who are malicious and should never work in customer service. I called six times attempting to speak with a manager. That has not happened yet. smh Ill take my business elsewhere.

WORST FLEET FUEL CARD EVER!!!! Please do not make this Rats richer than they already are. My worst experience ever had with this rats. Everything went well with them until I got behind one month payment because I went vacation and sent the bill by mail, big mistake I made they never got the check by the mail, and by the time I founded out that they never got the check by mail it was too late because I already have the 2nd cycle bills so together they were charging me $400 late fees $199 per month together. This is insane I have never seen any credit card company that charges this much on late fee. I called to see if they can help me out. Don’t waste your time they never did all they care is getting back their money and steal your money with this high interest late fee. I ended paid them my last final bill + $400 late fee and closed my account. I am done I rather purchase Gad @ Costco and get cash back. From now on I don’t trust any fleet gas card that all bunch of thieves.

I am currently having issues with this company. my dashboard is always messed up, my bills never add up. i pay it down to zero and its almost like my account doubles next invoice.... tried saying I didn't make a payment when i clearly did and caught them in a lie. (sure i was charged a 1,000 dollar late fee....) Went to pay a bill and had a 109,000 dollar balance.... Kinda hard to rack up 100k balance on a $40k limit..... mysteriously was fixed, then two weeks later my bill was back to an outrages number again. don't know what the glitch was, or is, but customer service is useless and no one seems to care to solve it. we will be canceling this company ASAP. By the way don't respond with we are so sorry if you wanna make it right contact me and make it right.

As others have stated, they find ways to charge outrageous fees by creating issues with your account. I received an invoice on 3/30 due 4/17. Went on vacation for 10 days. Went in to pay the invoice and noticed it was higher than I invoice. Paid it anyway on 4/11. Received a call 2 hours later saying my payment was late. I explained that I had just paid it a few hours ago. She confirmed the pending payment. I asked why was my balance higher than my invoice and she stated that I had late fees due to them changing the terms of my account from monthly to weekly and that I had 2 other invoices due that were created during the time that I was on vacation. I received no notice stating that the terms had been changed. When I asked for proof they were unable to provide it. I canceled on the spot. This is a scam!

The lady didn’t approach it as a problem,but more like a situation that needed information. Awesome professionalism!

I have noticed Fuelman taking more money out of my bank account than I spent on fuel.Almost 650.00
I went back to first of 2023 and added up their bill.I also take a pic of every fuel reciept when I buy fuel and log it on my ELD AND GPS.I saw a overcharge of around 650.00 by Fuelman
it looks like Fuelman has over charged me right at 650.00 and they denie it but I have the proof in my pics of fuel reciepts and bank statements.
I called Fuelman today and was on the phone 35 minutes and got no satisfactory results.The agents says,we will refund you about 450.00 and it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get it to you in the mail.They apparently put me on some kind of pay in advance crap I didn`t agree too and knew nothing about.I asked about a 3 dollar fee and a 25 dollar fee.He says Fuelman updated their terms and conditions and I am being charged 5.99 a month for each card.
I want my 650.00 back fuelman,asap.Put it back in the bank you took it out of.
I have terms and conditions also,if it isn`t put back soon,I will go to your competition and use their fuel cards...in other words,your ass is fired,you greedy ass holes.Those are my terms and conditions
edit,I have been looking back thru my purchases and reciepts and Fuelman is adding about 30 cents a gal to the invoices and have been for some time.I have no idea why they are doing that.My credit is excellant and my score is around 800.I will call my States Attourney Generals office today and see what I can do legally.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! I paid my last invoice in the amount of $10K+ only for them to block my account saying I still owe $1500. After further investigation by their own financial department they corrected that error. However, it didn’t stop there, for the last 8 days I’ve had to call in each day with the same issue of my card being blocked. Which caused me to be sending money via cash app. This has been the worst experience by far! As I write this review I am on hold with them now for 30 mins now Smfh!

Company is not worth the ease of use. We had similar experiences to the reviews below and more. Last month and this month they have called 3 days before invoices were even posted to ifleet to be paid, with a zero balance on account showing and no invoices open. But then they will charge a ridiculous late fee for something you can't pay online and doesn't show due. And the calls, 5 times a day as late as 7:40.

Please don't waste your time, very unethical practices , will create problems with your account and then turn around and act like you created the problem , 6 months of problems SMH, So I went on a parted ways and closed my account and Rep said you will receive a email showing the account is closed and your deposit is being processed for return in 3-5 minutes, never received one, please get it together

Fuelman is a terrible company, do not believe that they will save you money! They have predatory practices and continue to charge you even after the account has closed and they assure you that there are no additional fees. This has cost me close $750, I am much better off with my staff using their American Express cards.

I cancelled my cards in February since I sold my business. Now, a month later I receive a bill! I called and was told I was not the authorized person on the account. I tried to explain that this just mean there is fraud and the two people I spoke to didn’t believe me and kept saying to call back when I had the correct credentials! This account shouldn’t even be open! I filed a fraud claim but who knows what, if anything will happen.
