Excellent service all round
Excellent service, from Paul, in Caerphilly, when we called in yesterday. Advised us to double check measurements before we made a decision. That was a good call as preferred furniture wouldn’t have worked in our room. Back today for another look. Finally made our choice. Really happy.

Dear Paula,
Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you found our Cardiff store team helpful, but we’re very sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you have experienced with your sofas and our after-sales service.
We completely understand how frustrating it must be to experience problems over such a long period, particularly after receiving a replacement sofa.
We have tried to identify your order from the details provided, but unfortunately have not been able to locate it at this stage.
Please email our customer service team directly at service@fwhomestores.co.uk, including your order number, full name and postcode, so we can identify your case and investigate the concerns you have raised. We would particularly like to review the technician visits, the outstanding issues with your replacement sofa and your request for a copy of the report.
We would really appreciate you getting in touch and giving us the opportunity to look into this properly.
Kind regards,
FW Homestores

Dave at the Barnstaple store was very friendly and helpful to my inlaws who were looking for a new sofa for their small livingroom. He offered them drinks, he even moved the furniture around so that they could see it in the way it would be set up in their room. They were very impressed.

Great experience with Ian.
Very knowledgeable, helped explain everything we needed very clearly. Brought a laughter to our experience, and very happy to make myself, my husband and my mother a cuppa while we were deciding. Couldn’t fault Ian.

Very pleased with the range on offer and the very fair prices too.
The mattresses we required were ordered through Dave without fuss and deposit taken. The options for delivery with costs were explained clearly.
