Useless.
Useless.
Ordered over 11 weeks ago. Order confirmation email states 6-8 weeks for delivery and we're still waiting.
Sofas finally reached their delivery partner 12 days ago, who offer one time slot a week with no alternatives.
FW take no responsibility and claim they can have no influence on delivery.
The whole operation is terrible and I wish we'd never ordered from them.

We’re very sorry for the delay with your sofas and for the frustration you have experienced throughout the delivery process.
We completely understand how disappointing it must be to wait over 11 weeks when originally quoted 6–8 weeks, only to then experience further difficulties arranging a suitable delivery date.
While we use a third-party delivery partner, we fully appreciate that the delivery experience remains our responsibility, and we're sorry that you have felt unsupported during this process.
We have checked with the courier and can see that your delivery is currently scheduled for 28th October, although this is still awaiting your confirmation. We hope this date is suitable and will continue to work with the courier to help get your sofas delivered as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused and that your experience has fallen below the standard we aim to provide.

Really great service from Martin in Barnstaple. Spent time giving advice on the options of wardrobes and understanding my requirements. Ensured that order was correct. Good service and recommended. Prices far better than else where.

Barnstable FW home store
We visited the Barnstable store to look at a recliner chair, we were met by Martin and his coulegue and Martin stayed and dealt with our requirements. The showroom is absolutely fine nicely laid out and extremely clean. Once Martin was told what we were looking for he showed us the one I had seen on the website, but he went on to show us a selection to choose, he offered us a hot drink but he left us to search and check out the chairs without any pushing. I was able to try all the chairs as we wanted and all were connected to power that allowed full testing. Once we had made our decision there were chairs to sit while he managed the sale, finding us as previous customers and put every thing on the computer, all additions like the delivery and the warranty was fully explained and costed. The customer service was absolutely excellent an as with our previous purchase Martin who dealt with us previously as well has exactly the same customer service as last time 12 months ago. So customers can find great products and excellent customer service from friendly staff all at a price that is compatible with the online sales.
