Defective product. The gap needs to be in the front side for the drawer was left in the back side, therefore I had to set it up the other way around and it left me with such an ugly item

I am very positively surprised. I can't afford to buy an expensive new vacuum cleaner, so when I found this outlet, I decided to take a risk and buy a vacuum cleaner from them. Mine was grade A, but I didn't expect any miracles. I expected it to be in a regular cardboard box with minor scratches. For me, the most important thing was that it worked. The delivery was not only free, but also very fast. The vacuum cleaner is in perfect condition. Original box, clean filters, no signs of use. When I saw all these negative opinions, I got scared. Now I see that I didn't need to stress. You need to read the description carefully and, above all, understand what grade A or B means. I personally recommend this outlet. To all potential clients - more understanding (description and gradation) and more trust 🙂

Very Poor!!!
Update! What a surprise, no response after 1 week now, I've told them and gave them all the pictures of all the faults, as the screws now will not undo to fit it back in the box, EVERYTHING IS FAULTY ON IT! NO RESPONSE FROM THEM OR HELP! I've told them I'm also housebound, elderly and disabled! Very Poor!!!! As others have said, i also received an electric lawnmower and strimmer, the strimmer works but the lawnmower doesn't, i really didn't need this,being poor disabled, housebound and have no computer, i now cannot return, so is just sitting in my frontroom... thankyou so MUCH GED! I WISH YOU LOT A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS

vacuum cleaner was filthy and didn't work
the vacuum cleaner was a grade "b" as specified and so i expected a few marks. however, when it arrived it was filthy both inside and out, there was no dust bag. when i switched it on, it worked for a few seconds and then stopped, it only appeared to work for more than a few seconds when on the lowest power setting.
the only good point was that i was able to return it free of charge and i got a full refund.

They Take Your Money! But then Don't Deliver the Goods! They Provide No Kind of Service! NEVER AGAIN!!! Thanks GED for today's Reply dated 2 October. You still have not looked at the facts! If you note ordered 17 Sept and Delevired the next day! Some service for a item worth under £20. Re. Delivery you have to ring to gain access after 12 o'clock! I.e Hope you spend the money wisely! Once again NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I've ordered on on 9th and still haven't recieved my order ... very disappointed with the service... in ur website it stat it only take 3-5 days for delivery which is not truth it's false information

ordered lawnmower which was delivered very quick but had problem charging battery up. Contacted GED and was sent a replacement battery & charger which I received within a few days which worked well. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service. Thank you.
