Could have been a higher mark
Could have been a higher mark, but very disappointed with the item purchased.
It had clearly been opened and repackaged very badly and had parts missing and broken.
Very good customer service though, provided full refund with no fuss so happy with this.

Customer services is worst I ever dealt with. Had dehumidifier delivered, which is broken, contacted them 5-6 times over 1.5 weeks ,still not sorted as so poor communication!

I ordered a rattan table it arrived but it was damaged I rang the company but they not accepted call they said email them
I email them that a it damaged sent
pictures to them that I want a replacement
They sent me a email send back to us
Then you will get a refund
But I don't need a refund I want a replacement
I sent another email no reply waiting for a few days no reply
I just got fed up never buying from this company avoid them
Still got the damaged table

I am sorry I cannot offer compensation for the item as you did not purchase a brand new item.
