False delivery record
The tracking states that the item was delivered - this is false, it has not.
Even mores astonishing is that a later 'update' on the tracking says that the item has not been able to be delivered!
Please inform me why this directly conflicting tracking data is reported.

I have looked and see the item has been successfully delivered now there is a delivery picture if needed. Parts missing and not yet resolved
Arrived quickly but there were parts missing. After several emails, this has not yet been sorted. If they do send me the missing parts, I will come back to leave a new review.

Missing Parts
Missing Parts!
Purchased a Grass Trimmer. When it arrived it was clearly an ex-demo model as you can see where it has been assembled and wear and tear marks. The box and bags were all taped up (badly) and a part was missing. I contacted GED (only possible via email), they responded once asking for the product number and have ignored me ever since. 2 months now! Clearly they are not going to resolve the issue so I'm £59.99 out of pocket! Avoid this company

So I brought an impact gun during Black…
So I brought an impact gun during Black Friday deals. It was listed on EBay and their website. It was showing as 1 in stock and the only one I could find in the country. Ryobi was selling for £179.99 and GED £199.99. But I was like £20 to have the last one in the uk seemed ok to me. So I brought it. Few days go past and the package arrives. I open it to see the box in not the best of states and loads of sticks and tape on the box. I opened it and clearly was not the first to have done so. As soon as I see the tool I knew it was the wrong one. It was a lesser model not what I had paid for. I would assume someone has brought it and sent it back with a different tool in.

Front light missing back light working…
Front light missing back light working sometimes and scratches on a zinc scooter! Emailed and offered a refund but but I’ve got to do all the running around to send it back! Just give me £20 for some lights and I would have been happy!
