Update - We cannot issue a refund because the customer has been unable to provide any proof of return — no receipt, no tracking number, no carrier confirmation, and no QR code. Proof of posting is required by all retailers and carriers to verify that a return has taken place.
The product was not advertised as new; it was clearly listed as B-grade stock at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, the customer has made several false accusations and personal remarks in their communications and review. We do want to make it clear to other customers that we have remained professional throughout and have simply requested the standard evidence required to process a refund.
As soon as any proof of return is provided, we will be happy to resolve the matter immediately.

Thank you for your review. The item purchased was listed as a B-Grade Refurbished product, not brand new, as shown in the advert. We explained this in our email on 19th October and confirmed we’d be happy to accept a return if you wished to proceed. Disappointing after sales service
Initially the leaf blower/vacuum was dispatched & received quickly. However, it arrived with only 1 of the 2 required batteries. GED apologised for a 'picking error' & dispatched a second battery, but when it arrived it was the wrong one. Communication from GED then slowed down dramatically, replies to my emails being slow or non-existent. I'm sorry to have to write a negative review because the leaf blower is great, but the after sales service felt like I was being a nuisance.

It was never a nuisance to resolve — we simply asked for a quick photo of the battery box to make sure the same problem didn’t happen again.
I’m pleased that, after that, you received the correct battery and that our final messages ended on a positive note — you confirmed everything had arrived, and I replied with “brilliant” and another apology for the earlier inconvenience.

Absolutely incredible customer support! I’d never heard of this company so was very sceptical but they had the item I wanted - so took a chance (especially due to it being a lower price!!) I had initially had an issue but it was sorted straight away!! If you’re unsure ordering from this company….dont be!!

Box was badly damaged.
I ordered a scooter and the box it came in was damaged. It looked.like it had been open and resealed. The bottom was half open. The corners were battered. I was worried that it was going to have parts missing. From what I can I dont think it has as ive had to open to check but this was my sons Christmas present. And now it cant be wrapped up as the box was wrecked. Some of the scooter paint has been chipped off aswell not much but I think that was as it didnt have much padding inside the box so the parts had rubbed together.

They are in as-new condition, fully tested, and come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty. Packaging may be plain, damaged, or resealed, and minor cosmetic marks are standard for refurbished items, which is reflected in the discounted price.

Ordered a vax air lift steerable pet max ucpmshv1 upright bagless vacuum cleaner, after being 3 days late.on the delivery, o was so excited to receive it, that was until I opened the box, and it was broke, had scratches all over it and had been used. I didn't order a used 1, I thought it was a brand new 1. Not very happy as your company as said I MUST pay to return the unwanted item, it's not unwanted its broken. So now I have a hoover i can't afford. Will never use this company again
