Purchased a B grade McGregor lawnmower at a very reasonable price. It was delivered well within the specified time. On examination it was all complete, just a few cosmetic scuffs. Well satisfied. Will definitely buy from GED again.

Just to clarify, the item you purchased was sold as a B Grade refurbished product, which is reflected in the listing. These items may show signs of previous use and can arrive in damaged or plain packaging, but they are fully tested and come with a 12-month warranty. Product was not clearly advertised as being refurbished!
Even though the product was refurbished it was in unsatisfactory condition- dirty, scuffed & the main body was held together with 4 tape strips.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Faulty lawnmower, no apology until prompted, and a lengthy returns process that I had to organise with the delivery company.
** In response to your reply, this is incorrect. I had to arrange the return as a date had not been organised by yourselves. Only the return had been initiated, confirmed by Fed Ex themselves.
The refund took 9 days to complete, not within a week, which for a lawnmower that bellowed smoke on start up, feels to me to be longer than it should have been.***
